1. A computational catheter device, useful in association with a dynamic body system, the computational catheter device comprising:

  • at least one lumen;

    at least one pressure sensor configured to generate a pressure signal for a dynamic body system;

    at least one external sensor configured to collect a fundamental frequency generated by at least one of a cardiovascular pulsation and external oscillator;

    a signal modeler configured to generate a predicted signal using the collected fundamental frequency; and

    a signal analyzer configured to compare the predicted signal to the pressure signal and generate a calibration based upon the comparison.
