Abstract

Compounds and pharmaceutical compositions that modulate kinase activity, including PI3 kinase activity, and compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of treatment of diseases and conditions associated with kinase activity, including PI3 kinase activity, are described herein.

40. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 1 and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.

41. A method of treating a PI3K mediated disorder in a subject, the method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 to said subject.

42. The method of claim 41, wherein the disorder is cancer, an inflammatory disease or an auto-immune disease.
