Abstract

A graphical user interface provides clinical information in the form of a first health feed and patient-generated information in the form of a second health feed. The graphical user interface may provide improved access to patient-generated information to the provider and improved access to clinical information to the patient or caretaker for the patient. Additional health feeds may include data from peripheral devices, third-party sponsored applications, or other forms of health feedback.

Claims

1. A graphical user interface stored on one or more computer-storage media and executable by a computing device, the graphical user interface comprising:

a first health feed display comprising clinical information for a patient;

a second health feed display comprising information input by the patient for the patient; and

a third health feed display comprising one or more feedback displays providing health information for the patient based on the clinical information and the information input by the patient.

2. The graphical user interface of claim 1, wherein clinical information comprises provider input information for the patient.

3. The graphical user interface of claim 1, wherein the first health feed display, the second health feed display, and the third health feed display are provided as separate displays in the graphical user interface.

4. The graphical user interface of claim 1, wherein the first health feed display, the second health feed display, and the third health feed display are provided as a combined health feed in the graphical user interface.

5. One or more computer-storage media having computer executable instructions embodied thereon, that, when executed, implements a method to provide health feeds for a patient, the method comprising:

receiving provider input regarding a patient;

storing the provider input regarding the patient in a patient record;

determining provider information to display to the patient as a first health feed display;

receiving patient inputs for the patient;

storing the patient inputs for the patient in the patient record;

determining patient information to display to the patient as a second health feed display;

determining health information for the patient based on the provider inputs and patient inputs to display as a third health feed display; and

displaying the first health feed display, the second health feed display, and the third health feed display to the patient.

6. The media of claim 5, the method further comprising:

receiving patient input for configuring the display of the first health feed display, the second health feed display, and the third health feed display.

7. The media of claim 5, wherein determining health information for the patient based on the provider inputs and patient inputs comprises providing one or more suggestions for patient activity.

8. The media of claim 5, wherein determining health information for the patient based on the provider inputs and patient inputs comprises providing one or more suggestions for clinic activity.

9. The media of claim 5, wherein determining provider information to display to the patient further comprises determining based on patient rules provider information to display to the patient in the first health feed display.

10. One or more computer-storage media having computer executable instructions embodied thereon, that, when executed, implements a method to provide health feeds for a patient to a provider, the method comprising:

receiving provider input regarding a patient;

storing the provider input regarding the patient in a patient record;

determining provider information to display to the provider as a first health feed display;

receiving patient inputs for the patient;

storing the patient inputs for the patient in the patient record;

determining patient information to display to the provider as a second health feed display;

determining health information for the patient based on the provider inputs and patient inputs to display as a third health feed display; and

displaying the first health feed display, the second health feed display, and the third health feed display to the provider.
