- (i) a physical keypad comprising a plurality of keys, and(ii) a touch-sensitive display for presenting a screen, where the screen comprises;
(a) an image illustrating the physical keypad; and
(b) a transaction option depicted on one of the keys of the physical keypad;
so that a user is able to select the transaction option either by pressing the transaction option on the touch-sensitive display or by pressing a physical key corresponding to the key on which the transaction option is depicted.
