1. A positive electrode plate for a lithium ion secondary battery, the positive electrode plate comprising:
- a positive current collecting foil made of aluminum, in which at least a main surface portion constituting a main surface is porous; and
a positive active material layer containing positive active material particles and being formed on the main surface portion of the positive current collecting foil,wherein a coating layer, having electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, is formed between the positive current collecting foil and the positive active material layer to directly coat the main surface of the positive current collecting foil without interposition of an aluminum oxide layer made of aluminum oxide.

8. A method of manufacturing a positive electrode plate for a lithium ion secondary battery, the positive electrode plate comprising:

a positive current collecting foil made of aluminum, in which at least a main surface portion constituting a main surface is porous; a positive active material layer containing positive active material particles and being formed on the main surface portion of the positive current collecting foil; and a coating layer, having electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, being formed between the positive current collecting foil and the positive active material layer to directly coat the main surface of the positive current collecting foil without interposition of an aluminum oxide layer made of aluminum oxide, the method comprising the step of directly coating the main surface of the positive current collecting foil with the coating layer which main surface does not have an aluminum oxide layer formed thereon.
