Abstract

A first device shares a page with a second device by receiving a page of the second device, arranging a page of the first device and the received page of the second device, and displaying the arranged pages of the first and second devices, wherein, in the displaying, when the page of the first device is moved, the page of the second device is displayed on a screen of the first device.

Claims

1. A method by which a first device shares a page with a second device, the method comprising:

receiving a page of the second device;

arranging a page of the first device and the received page of the second device; and

displaying the arranged pages of the first and second devices,

wherein, in the displaying, when the page of the first device is moved, the page of the second device is displayed on a screen of the first device.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving the page of the second device comprises receiving a plurality of pages of the second device, and arranging the pages comprises arranging the plurality of pages of the second device and a plurality of pages of the first device.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein arranging the pages further comprises arranging the plurality of pages of the first device in a first direction and arrange the plurality of pages of the second device in the first direction, and arranging an array of the plurality of pages of the second device and an array of the plurality of pages of the first device in a second direction.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the first direction includes at least one of a horizontal direction, a vertical direction, and a diagonal direction, the second direction includes at least one of the horizontal direction, the vertical direction, and the diagonal direction, and the first direction and the second direction are different directions.

5. The method of claim 3, wherein displaying the arranged pages further comprises:

when the page of the first device is flicked in the first direction, displaying another page of the first device; and

when the page of the first device is flicked or dragged in the second direction, displaying the page of the second device.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying the arranged pages further comprises, when the page of the first device is flicked or dragged by multiple touch inputs, displaying the page of the second device on the screen of the first device.

7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

selecting an object displayed on the page of the first device, based on a user input; and

providing the selected object to the second device,

wherein, in providing the selected object, when the object is selected and moved to the page of the second device, the selected object is provided to the second device.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein providing the selected object further comprises, when content displayed on the page of the first device is selected and moved to the page of the second device, providing the selected content to the second device.

9. The method of claim 7, wherein providing the selected object further comprises, when content displayed on the page of the first device is selected and moved to the page of the second device, providing link information for downloading the selected content to the second device.

10. The method of claim 7, wherein providing the selected object further comprises, when content being played back on the page of the first device is selected and moved to the page of the second device, providing at least one of a played image and a played sound of the content to the second device.

11. The method of claim 10, wherein providing the selected object further comprises streaming the at least one of the played image and the played sound of the content to the second device.

12. The method of claim 7, further comprising, when content included in the page of the second device is selected and moved to the page of the first device, receiving the selected content from the second device.

13. The method of claim 7, wherein receiving the selected content from the second device further comprises, when content included in the page of the second device is selected, receiving at least one of a played image and a played sound of the selected content from the second device.

14. The method of claim 7, further comprising, when content included in the page of the second device is selected and moved to a preset region in the page of the second device, receiving the selected content from the second device.

15. A method by which a first device shares data with a second device, the method comprising:

receiving, by the first device, a page of the second device from the second device as the first device approaches the second device; and

displaying an icon of the first device and the received page of the second device on a screen of the first device,

wherein data related to the icon is provided by the first device to the second device when the icon is moved to the page of the second device based on a user input.

16. The method of claim 15, wherein the data related to the icon is provided by the first device to the second device via short range communication.

17. A first device which shares a page with a second device, the first device comprising:

a shared page receiving unit which receives a page of the second device;

a page arrangement unit which arranges a page of the first device and the received page of the second device; and

a display unit which displays the arranged pages of the first and second devices,

wherein, when the page of the first device is moved, the display unit displays the page of the second device on a screen of the first device.

18. The first device of claim 17, wherein the shared page receiving unit receives a plurality of pages of the second device, and the page arrangement unit arranges the plurality of pages of the second device and a plurality of pages of the first device.

19. The first device of claim 18, wherein the page arrangement unit arranges the plurality of pages of the first device in a first direction, arranges the plurality of pages of the second device in the first direction, and arranges an array of the pages of the first device and an array of the pages of the second device in a second direction.

20. The first device of claim 19, wherein the first direction includes at least one of a horizontal direction, a vertical direction, and a diagonal direction, the second direction includes at least one of the horizontal direction, the vertical direction, and the diagonal direction, and the first direction and the second direction are different directions.

21. The first device of claim 19, wherein when the page of the first device is flicked in the first direction, the display unit displays another page of the first device, and when the page of the first device is flicked or dragged in the second direction, the display unit displays the page of the second device.

22. The first device of claim 17, wherein, when the page of the first device is flicked or dragged by multiple touch inputs, the display unit displays the page of the second device on the screen of the first device.

23. The first device of claim 17, further comprising a content sharing unit which selects an object displayed on the page of the first device, based on a user input, and provides the selected object to the second device,

wherein, when the object is selected and moved to the page of the second device, the content sharing unit provides the selected object to the second device.

24. The first device of claim 23, wherein, when content displayed on the page of the first device is selected and moved to the page of the second device, the content sharing unit provides the selected content to the second device.

25. The first device of claim 23, wherein, when content displayed on the page of the first device is selected and moved to the page of the second device, the content sharing unit provides the second device with link information for downloading the selected content.

26. The first device of claim 23, wherein, when content being played back in the first device is selected and moved to the page of the second device, the content sharing unit provides at least one of a played image and a played sound of the selected content to the second device.

27. The first device of claim 26, wherein the content sharing unit streams the at least one of the played image and the played sound of the content to the second device.

28. The first device of claim 23, wherein, when content included in the page of the second device is selected and moved to the page of the first device, the content sharing unit receives the selected content from the second device.

29. The first device of claim 23, wherein, when content included in the page of the second device is selected, the content sharing unit receives at least one of a played image and a played sound of the selected content from the second device.

30. The first device of claim 23, wherein, when content included in the page of the second device is selected and moved to a preset region in the page of the second device, the content sharing unit receives the selected content from the second device.

31. A computer readable recording medium having recorded thereon a computer program for executing a method by which a first device shares a page with a second device, the method comprising:

receiving a page of the second device;

arranging a page of the first device and the received page of the second device; and

displaying the arranged pages of the first and second devices,

wherein, in the displaying, when the page of the first device is moved, the page of the second device is displayed on a screen of the first device.

32. A computer readable recording medium having recorded thereon a computer program for executing a method by which a first device shares data with a second device, the method comprising:

receiving, by the first device, a page of the second device from the second device as the first device approaches the second device; and

displaying an icon of the first device and the received page of the second device on a screen of the first device,

wherein data related to the icon is provided by the first device to the second device when the icon is moved to the page of the second device based on a user input.
