Abstract

According to an aspect, a device includes a touch screen display and a controller. The touch screen display displays a lock screen provided with a display area in which any of a plurality of icons is displayed. The controller displays any of the icons in the display area according to a first touch gesture detected through the touch screen display while the lock screen is displayed.

Claims

1. A device comprising:

a touch screen display for displaying a lock screen provided with a display area in which any of a plurality of icons is displayed; and

a controller for displaying any of the icons in the display area according to a first touch gesture detected through the touch screen display while the lock screen is displayed.

2. The device according to claim 1, wherein

the controller is configured to change the icon to be displayed in the display area according to a movement distance, a contact position, number of times, or a duration of the first touch gesture.

3. The device according to claim 2, wherein

the touch screen display is configured to further display a path, and

the controller is configured to

detect a swipe along the path as the first touch gesture, and

change the icon to be displayed in the display area according to a movement distance, a contact position, or a duration of the swipe.

4. The device according to claim 3, wherein

the controller is configured to change a display mode of the path according to the movement distance, the contact position, or the duration of detected swipe

5. The device according to claim 1, wherein,

when a second touch gesture is detected through the touch screen display,

the controller is configured to execute a process corresponding to the icon displayed in the display area at a time when the second touch gesture is detected.

6. A method for controlling a device with a touch screen display, the method comprising:

displaying a lock screen provided with a display area, in which any of a plurality of icons is displayed, on the touch screen display; and

displaying any of the icons in the display area according to a first touch gesture detected through the touch screen display while the lock screen is displayed.

7. A non-transitory storage medium that stores a program for causing, when executed by a device with a touch screen display, the device to execute:

displaying a lock screen provided with a display area, in which any of a plurality of icons is displayed, on the touch screen display; and

displaying any of the icons in the display area according to a first touch gesture detected through the touch screen display while the lock screen is displayed.
