23. A method of making a thermal or acoustical fiberglass insulation product, comprising the steps of:

spraying an aqueous binder onto a mat of fibers, the aqueous binder comprising;

51. A thermal or acoustical fiberglass insulation product made by a process comprising the steps of:

spraying an aqueous binder onto a mat of fibers, the aqueous binder consisting essentially of;
