Abstract

Disclosed is a magnetic body composition, including a resin and a magnetic nanoparticle, the magnetic nanoparticle including an oxide of at least one kind of metal selected from the group composed of Ga, Zn, and Sn and an FeCo oxide.

Claims

1. A magnetic body composition, comprising:

a resin; and

a magnetic nanoparticle, the magnetic nanoparticle including an oxide of at least one kind of metal selected from the group consisting of Ga, Zn, and Sn and an FeCo oxide.

2. The magnetic body composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic nanoparticle is a spherical particle with a number average particle diameter of 30 nm or greater and 90 nm or less.

3. The magnetic body composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein a content of the magnetic nanoparticle is 20% by mass or greater and 50% by mass or less.

4. The magnetic body composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resin includes an epoxy resin and a phenol resin curing agent.

5. The magnetic body composition as claimed in claim 4, wherein the resin further includes a silicone oil with an amino group.

6. The magnetic body composition as claimed in claim 1, further comprising at least one kind of material selected from the group consisting of a carbon nanotube, a fullerene, and a carbon.

7. A magnetic body product produced by using the magnetic body composition as claimed in claim 1.

8. The magnetic body product claimed in claim 7, wherein the magnetic body product is a sheet body or a bulk body.

9. The magnetic body product as claimed in claim 7, wherein a magnetic permeability of the magnetic body product is 2 H/m or greater at 1 GHz.
