1. A portable electronic device having a suspend mode and a work mode, comprising:

  • a body, including a casing;

    a touch-control sensing module, having a plurality of touch-control sensors, and the plurality of touch-control sensors are disposed on the casing for sensing a contact gesture of a user; and

    an identifying module, placed in the body for retrieving an identification data;

    wherein when the portable electronic device is switched to the suspend mode, the touch-control sensing module is enabled to sense the contact gesture of the user, and when the contact gesture sensed by the touch-control sensing module matches a predetermined gesture, the identifying module is enabled to retrieve the identification data wirelessly, wherein after the identification data is confirmed by the identifying module, the suspend module is switched to the work mode.
