1. A bait sound and motion producing apparatus connected to a fishing line held by a fisherman, the apparatus comprising:

  • a waterproof body encasing an electronic circuit and a set of motion components;

    the electronic circuit comprises a memory chip, a motion switch, a speaker, a moisture sensing switch, and a battery;

    the memory chip connected to the speaker and the motion switch, where the motion switch has a first state and a second state;

    the memory chip connected to the moisture sensing switch and the battery, where the memory chip includes bait sound stored thereon;

    the moisture sensing switch connected to a set of sensing elements, where the set of sensing elements extends externally of the body;

    the set of motion components comprises, a motivator, connected to the battery and the moisture sensing switch, for moving an appendage of the waterproof body;

    whereby the apparatus is activated when placed in water and the bait sound is broadcast and the motivator imparts motion to the apparatus when the motion switch is moved from the first state to the second state.
