Abstract

The invention relates to a wiping device, in particular a wiping device for a motor vehicle pane, comprising a spoiler unit (22a-22p). According to the 88a invention, said spoiler unit (22a-22p) is produced in a co-extrusion process.

Claims

1. A wiping device, with a spoiler unit (22a-22p), characterized in that the spoiler unit (22a-22p) is produced in a co-extrusion process.

2. The wiping device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the spoiler unit (22a-22p) has two spoiler part elements (32a-32p, 34a-34p) of different hardness.

3. The wiping device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that a harder spoiler part element (34a;

34b, 34d-34h) terminates the spoiler unit (12a;

12b;

12d-12h) laterally.

4. The wiping device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that a softer spoiler part element (32a-32i;

32n) has a longitudinal channel (82a-82i;

82n) with a triangular cross section.

5. The wiping device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that a softer spoiler part element (32b;

32c) and a harder spoiler element (34b;

34c) are joined together by material fit over a wide area in a plane (86b;

86c) which runs parallel to a wiping direction (88b-88c).

6. The wiping device as claimed in claim 1, characterized by a holding unit (10a-10p) which has a holding element (12a-12p) with a longitudinal guidance channel (14a-14p) having therein a spring element (16a-16p).

7. The wiping device as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the spoiler unit (22d-22h;

22n) lies at least partly laterally on the holding element (12d-12h;

12n) in the region of the longitudinal guidance channel (14d-14h;

14n).

The wiping device at least as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the holding element (12j-12m) has at least one fixing means (98j-98m, 100j-100m) which with a free end (108j-108m, 110j-110m) faces the longitudinal guidance channel (14j-14m) and is provided to create a form fit with the spoiler unit (22j-22m).

9. A holding unit (10a-10p) of a wiping device as claimed inof claim 8.

10. The wiping device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a wiper blade connected to the holding element on a side of the holding element opposite the spoiler.

11. A method of manufacturing a wiping device, with a spoiler unit (22a-22p), comprising producing the spoiler unit (22a-22p) in a co-extrusion process.

12. The method of claim 11 further comprising producing the spoiler unit (22a-22p) with two spoiler part elements (32a-32p, 34a-34p) of different hardness.

13. The method of claim 12, characterized in that a harder spoiler part element (34a;

34b, 34d-34h) terminates the spoiler unit (12a;

12b;

12d-12h) laterally.

14. The method of claim 12, characterized in that a softer spoiler part element (32a-32i;

32n) has a longitudinal channel (82a-82i;

82n) with a triangular cross section.

15. The method of claim 12, characterized in that a softer spoiler part element (32b;

32c) and a harder spoiler element (34b;

34c) are joined together by material fit over a wide area in a plane (86b;

86c) which runs parallel to a wiping direction (88b-88c).

16. The method of claim 11, further comprising producing the wiping device with a holding unit (10a-10p) which has a holding element (12a-12p) with a longitudinal guidance channel (14a-14p) having therein a spring element (16a-16p).

17. The method of claim 16, characterized in that the spoiler unit (22d-22h;

22n) lies at least partly laterally on the holding element (12d-12h;

12n) in a region of the longitudinal guidance channel (14d-14h;

14n).

18. The method of claim 16, characterized in that the holding element (12j-12m) has at least one fixing means (98j-98m, 100j-100m) which with a free end (108j-108m, 110j-110m) faces the longitudinal guidance channel (14j-14m) and is provided to create a form fit with the spoiler unit (22j-22m).

19. The method of claim 16, further comprising producing the wiping device with a wiper blade connected to the holding element on a side of the holding element opposite the spoiler.
