Positioning element for motor vehicle doors and panels, in particular for trunk lids and tailgates of passenger cars with or without actuation handle, which is pivotable between a closed position and a raised position and which contains a lifting element activated by the unlocking of the lock of the panel, with the panel being designed to be pivoted by a motor into the raised position and then back into the closed position, wherein the lifting element contains two parts and comprises and outer lever and an inner lever, pivotable or slideable in relation to each other and which are releasably connected to a drive element, pivotably mounted on a drive lever, in which the inner lever is designed to actively pivot back in anticlockwise direction and the outer lever in clockwise direction.
