Abstract

A method for using telemetry data based on a user habit information user one or more sensors coupled to a wearable device that has a unique user ID, and acquire user information selected from of at least one of, a user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information. The wearable device includes ID circuitry that includes ID storage, a communication system which reads and transmits the unique ID from the ID storage, a power source and a pathway system to route signals through the circuitry. The telemetry system communicates with the one or more sensors. The telemetry system includes a database of user ID'"'"'s. Telemetry data is analyzed using the telemetry system based on at least one of, user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information. Personalized information about the user is created.

Claims

1. A method for using telemetry data based on a user habit information, comprising:

using one or more sensors, coupled to a wearable device that has a unique user ID, to acquire user information selected from of at least one of, a user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, ID circuitry at the wearable device, the ID circuitry including ID storage, a communication system that reads and transmits the unique ID from an ID storage, a power source and a pathway system to route signals through the circuitry;

communicating between a telemetry system and the one or more sensors, the telemetry system including a database of user ID'"'"'s;

analyzing telemetry data using the telemetry system based on at least one of, user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information; and

creating personalized information about the user.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

using the ID circuitry to crunch information and a control system to orchestrate communication between different systems.

3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

using a noise reduction element at the wearable device to reduce signal noise.

4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

using logic resources at the wearable device includes to determine at least one of use, activity type, behavioral patterns and habits based on data relative to the user.

5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

switching between incremental and full syncing of data based on available communication routes.

6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

communicating signals from the sensors with conditioning electronics.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the conditioning electronics include a filter and scale that determine a presence of certain conditions.

8. The method of claim 6, using the conditioning electronics to clean a signal up for processing by a central processing unit (CPU) of the telemetry system.

9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:

using the CPU to evaluate historical data.

10. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

using the telemetry system to create different classifications for data received from the wearable device.

The method of claim 10, wherein the classifications are selected from at least one of, a user'"'"'s location, where the user spends its time, with whom the user spends its time, a determination of working relationships, a determination of family relationships, a user'"'"'s activities, and a user social relationships.

12. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

providing firmware updates to the wearable device from the telemetry system.

13. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

sending streams of information from at least one sensor at the wearable device to the telemetry system.

14. The method of claim 13, wherein the streams of information can include encrypted and non-encrypted information.

16. A method for using telemetry data based on a user habit information, comprising:

acquiring user data from one or more sensors coupled to a wearable device that has a unique user ID, the user data selected from at least one of, a user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information;

using conditioning electronics at the wearable device for the user data;

communicating user data from the one or more sensors to a telemetry system that includes a database of user ID'"'"'s; and

analyzing telemetry data based on at least one of a user'"'"'s, activities, behaviors and habit information.

15. The method of claim 16, further comprising:

sending user information from the wristband information to a mobile device or computer.

17. The method of claim 16, further comprising:

using noise reduction elements at the wearable device.

18. The method of claim 16, further comprising:

determining at least one of, activity type behavioral patterns and habits based on user data at the wearable device.

19. The method of claim 16, further comprising:

using elements at the wearable device to engage in switching between incremental and full syncing of data based on available communication routes.

20. The method of claim 16, further comprising:

communicating signals from the sensors with conditioning electronics.

21. The method of claim 20, wherein the conditioning electronics include a filter that determine a presence of certain conditions.

22. The method of claim 20, further comprising:

using the conditioning electronics to clean a signal for processing by a central processing unit (CPU) of the telemetry system.

23. The method of claim 22, further comprising:

using the CPU to evaluate historical data.

24. The method of claim 16, further comprising:

using the telemetry system for different classifications of user data received from the wearable device.

The method of claim 24, wherein the classifications are selected from at least one of, a user'"'"'s location, where the user spends its time, with whom the user spends its time, a determination of working relationships, a determination of family relationships, a user'"'"'s activities, and a user social relationships.

26. The method of claim 16, further comprising:

providing firmware updates to the wearable device.

27. The method of claim 16, further comprising:

sending streams of information to the telemetry system from at least one sensor of the wearable device.

28. The method of claim 27, wherein the streams of information can include encrypted and non-encrypted information.

29. The method of claim 16, further comprising:

sending user data from the wristband in operation to a mobile device or computer.
