Abstract

A mobile device is provided that obtains monitored information about an individual. A display is coupled to a housing. A memory is coupled to a memory and one or more processing units (CPU'"'"'s), a peripherals interface, a Network Systems circuitry and an input/output (I/O) subsystems. A system is included with one or more sensors that detects or measure an individual'"'"'s activities.

Claims

1. A mobile device that obtains monitored information about an individual, comprising:

a housing with a display;

a memory;

a memory controller;

one or more processing units (CPU'"'"'s);

a peripherals interface;

a Network Systems circuitry;

an input/output (I/O) subsystem; and

a system with one or more sensors that detects or measure an individual'"'"'s activities.

2. The device of claim 1, wherein the system with one or more sensors is configured to be in communication with a telemetry system, the telemetry system having a database that includes base individual information selected from at least one of, individual physiological information, information that is indicative of the individual'"'"'s activities, data indicative of one or more contextual parameters of the individual and information regarding a degree to which an individual has followed a routine.

3. The device of claim 2, wherein the routine includes at least one of individual, nutrition, activity level, mind centering, sleep, daily activities and exercise.

4. The device of claim 2, further comprising:

one or more analysis tools at the telemetry system.

5. The device of claim 4, further comprising:

a feedback system or subsystem at the telemetry system that provides feedback to mobile device.

6. The device of claim 4, wherein the one or more analysis tools in operation compares the individual information from the system with one or more sensors to the base individual information in the database.

7. The device of claim 6, wherein the base individual information includes threshold values.

8. The device of claim 7, the one or more analysis tools in operation compares the individual information from the system with one or more sensors to the threshold values.

9. The device of claim 7, further comprising:

an alert at the mobile device.

10. The device of claim 8, wherein the alert is activated when an individual information exceeds a threshold value.

11. The device of claim 9, wherein the alert is activated only when the individual is awake.

12. The device of claim 8, wherein the alert is an audio or visual alert.

13. The device of claim 12, wherein the monitoring system includes at least one of a display and an audio device.

14. The device of either claim 5, wherein the feedback is in graphical form.

15. The device of claim 5, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation generates one or more web pages containing feedback.

16. A mobile device that obtains monitored information about an individual, comprising:

a housing with a display;

a memory;

a memory controller;

one or more processing units (CPU'"'"'s);

a peripherals interface;

a Network Systems circuitry;

an input/output (I/O) subsystem; and

a system with one or more sensors that detects or measure an individual'"'"'s behaviors.

The device of claim 16, wherein the system with one or more sensors is configured to be in communication with a telemetry system, the telemetry system having a database that includes base individual information selected from at least one of, individual physiological information, information that is indicative of the individual'"'"'s activities, data indicative of one or more contextual parameters of the individual and information regarding a degree to which an individual has followed a routine.

18. The device of claim 17, wherein the routine includes at least one of individual, nutrition, activity level, mind centering, sleep, daily activities and exercise.

19. The device of claim 17, further comprising:

one or more analysis tools at the telemetry system.

20. The device of claim 19, further comprising:

a feedback system or subsystem at the telemetry system that provides feedback to mobile device.

21. The device of claim 19, wherein the one or more analysis tools in operation compares the individual information from the system with one or more sensors to the base individual information in the database.

22. The device of claim 21, wherein the base individual information includes threshold values.

23. The device of claim 22, the one or more analysis tools in operation compares the individual information from the system with one or more sensors to the threshold values.

24. The device of claim 22, further comprising:

an alert at the mobile device.

25. The device of claim 23, wherein the alert is activated when an individual information exceeds a threshold value.

26. The device of claim 24, wherein the alert is activated only when the individual is awake.

27. The device of claim 23, wherein the alert is an audio or visual alert.

28. The device of claim 27, wherein the monitoring system includes at least one of a display and an audio device.

29. The device of either claim 20, wherein the feedback is in graphical form.

30. The device of claim 20, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation generates one or more web pages containing feedback.

31. A mobile device that obtains monitored information about an individual:

a housing with a display;

a memory;

a memory controller;

one or more processing units (CPU'"'"'s);

a peripherals interface;

a Network Systems circuitry;

an input/output (I/O) subsystem; and

a system with one or more sensors that detects or measures one or more health parameters of an individual.

The device of claim 31, wherein the system with one or more sensors is configured to be in communication with a telemetry system, the telemetry system having a database that includes base individual information selected from at least one of, individual physiological information, information that is indicative of the individual'"'"'s activities, data indicative of one or more contextual parameters of the individual and information regarding a degree to which an individual has followed a routine.

33. The device of claim 32, wherein the routine includes at least one of individual, nutrition, activity level, mind centering, sleep, daily activities and exercise.

34. The device of claim 32, further comprising:

one or more analysis tools at the telemetry system.

35. The device of claim 34, further comprising:

a feedback system or subsystem at the telemetry system that provides feedback to mobile device.

36. The device of claim 34, wherein the one or more analysis tools in operation compares the individual information from the system with one or more sensors to the base individual information in the database.

37. The device of claim 36, wherein the base individual information includes threshold values.

38. The device of claim 37, the one or more analysis tools in operation compares the individual information from the system with one or more sensors to the threshold values.

39. The device of claim 37, further comprising:

an alert at the mobile device.

40. The device of claim 38, wherein the alert is activated when an individual information exceeds a threshold value.

41. The device of claim 39, wherein the alert is activated only when the individual is awake.

42. The device of claim 38, wherein the alert is an audio or visual alert.

43. The device of claim 42, wherein the monitoring system includes at least one of a display and an audio device.

44. The device of either claim 35, wherein the feedback is in graphical form.

45. The device of claim 35, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation generates one or more web pages containing feedback.
