Abstract

A method is provided for using telemetry data based on user habit information or user monitoring. One or more sensors of a monitoring device detects or measures user information selected from of at least one of, a user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and a user'"'"'s health. The user information is received at a telemetry system with a database. One or more analysis tools at the telemetry system are used for the analysis. Analysis information is produced that is sent to the monitoring device.

Claims

1. A method for using telemetry data based on user habit information or user monitoring, comprising:

detecting or measuring with one or more sensors of a monitoring device user information selected from of at least one of, a user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and a user'"'"'s health, the monitoring device including ID circuitry with an ID storage that contains a unique user ID, a communication system which reads and transmits the unique user ID from the ID storage, a power source and a pathway system;

receiving the user information at a telemetry system that includes a database; and

analyzing the user information with one or more analysis tools at the telemetry system; and

producing analysis information that is sent to the monitoring device.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

providing feedback to the user in response to producing the analysis information.

3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

providing an alert to the user in response to producing the analysis information.

4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

providing a list of actions for a user to take in response to the producing the analysis information.

5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:

accessing from the database base standards selected from at least one of user, activities, behaviors, habit information and health information that is indicative of a healthy lifestyle of activities, behaviors, habit information, exercise programs and health condition.

6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:

using at least one of the base standards in the database to analyze the user information from the telemetry system.

7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:

updating the base standards.

8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

associating one or more contexts of a user activity or health parameter.

9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

using an activity manager to associate the one or more contexts of the user activity or health parameter.

12. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

communicating feedback at the telemetry device to the user using an audio device of display.

14. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

comparing a measured sensor signal from a sensor from the monitoring device to a threshold level.

15. The method of claim 14, further comprising:

predefining or tailoring the threshold level to a monitoring device user or patient.

16. The method of claim 14 further comprising:

adjusting the measured sensor signal until it falls within a desired range of an expected threshold level when the measured sensor signal does not equal or exceed the threshold level.

17. The method of claim 14, further comprising:

maintaining feedback or alert signal responses at current settings when a desired feedback signal or alert level is reached to maintain a measured sensor signal within a desired range of the threshold.

24. The method of claim 1, wherein when a maximum feedback signal or alert duration is not reached, the feedback signal or alert is held at current signal settings.

11. The method of claim 11, further comprising:

providing control data to the monitoring device.

10. The method of claim 11, further comprising:

communicating one or more feedback signals or alerts to the user.

13. The method of claim 10, wherein the feedback signal or alert is selected from at least one of, lifestyle parameters, medical conditions, lifestyle events, exercise parameters, battery of the monitoring device, sensor function, pending therapy delivery, medical alerts, a status of a medical condition and a medical measurement or parameter.

18. The method of claim 10, further comprising:

detecting an amplitude or frequency of a measured sensor signal.

19. The method of claim 18, further comprising:

providing feedback to the user in response to detecting amplitude or frequency of the measured sensor signal.

20. The method of claim 10, recognizing an intended alert pattern based on a morphology of a measured sensor signal.

21. The method of claim 13, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation analyzes a frequency power band of the measured sensor signal for correspondence to frequency and amplitude.

22. The method of claim 13, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation evaluates a measured sensor signal waveform for correspondence to a frequency or amplitude.

23. The method of claim 10, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation terminates the feedback signal or alert if a predetermined maximum alert duration has expired.
