Abstract

Disclosed therein is a tip structure for a skin care apparatus. The tip structure includes a first electrode formed on a substrate mounted on the front end part of a tip case and a second electrode formed on the periphery of the front end part of the tip case so as to provide a wide electrode area. The tip structure for the skin care apparatus, which supplies high frequency energy to the skin through electrodes formed at the front end portion of the tip case, includes: a first electrode formed on the substrate mounted on the front end part of the tip case; and a second electrode formed on a peripheral portion of the front end part of the tip case.

Claims

1. A tip structure for a skin care apparatus to supply high frequency energy to the skin through electrodes which are formed on a substrate mounted at a front end part of a tip case, the tip for the skin care apparatus comprising:

a first electrode formed on the substrate mounted on the front end part of the tip case; and

a second electrode extending from a peripheral portion of the front end part of the tip case to the outer face.

2. The tip structure according to claim 1, wherein the second electrode is formed by plating.

3. The tip structure according to claim 1, wherein the second electrode is formed in such a manner that the entire of the tip case is plated.

4. The tip structure according to claim 1, wherein the second electrode is formed in such a manner that the entire of the tip case is plated, the plated portion is cut along the outer periphery of the tip case, and then, the plated area is separated.

5. The tip structure according to claim 1, wherein the substrate has a first electrode disposed on the upper surface thereof, and the lower surface of the substrate is electrically connected with the second electrode.

6. A tip structure for a skin care apparatus to supply high frequency energy to the skin through electrodes formed at a front end portion of a tip case, the tip for the skin care apparatus comprising:

a second electrode formed at a portion containing the edge of the front end part of the tip case; and

a first electrode mounted inside the tip case, the first electrode having a dome-shaped or convexly curved upper face, the dome-shaped upper face protruding above the front end of the tip case, the first electrode being electrically insulated from the second electrode.

7. The tip structure according to claim 6, wherein the first electrode is made of a metal material having conductivity.

8. The tip structure according to claim 6, wherein the second electrode is formed in such a manner that the substrate of an insulator is plated.

9. The tip structure according to claim 6, wherein a gap is formed between the outer circumference of the first electrode and the inner circumference of the tip case so as to insulate the first electrode and the tip case.

10. The tip structure according to claim 9, wherein the gap is filled with an insulating material.

11. The tip structure according to claim 6, wherein the first electrode has a protrusion formed on the outer circumference and the tip case has a stepped-jaw portion formed on the inner circumference thereof, such that the first electrode is seated on the stepped-jaw portion.

12. The tip structure according to claim 11, wherein the stepped-jaw portion is longer than the protrusion, such that a gap is formed between the first electrode and the tip case.
