1. An in-vivo device for in-vivo detection of H. pylori, said device comprising:

  • a housing;

    a reference electrode disposed on the housing;

    a working electrode disposed on the housing in close proximity to said reference electrode, said working electrode coated by litography or screen printing with salt dissolvable in the presence of ammonia such that substantially no current can pass between the working electrode and the reference electrode when coated;

    a measuring device for measuring current, impedance and/or resistance between the working and the reference electrodes; and

    a transmitter for transmitting said measurements .
