Abstract

The invention discloses an object, a method and a system for detecting heartbeat or whether an electrode is in good contact. The heartbeat is detected by arranging multiple textile electrodes on the textile, using ECG equipotential line diagram, considering interference caused of human movement, and designing a separating electrode structure, electrode position, area and lead layout in an innovative manner; the dry electrode or capacitive coupling electrode is selected along with the change of environmental state so as to pick up the ECG signals; the contact between the electrode and the human body can be detected whether it is in a good state or not by measuring the noise, body surface impedance, muscle impedance and the like; in addition, the posture and action of human body can be speculated according to the wave mode and noise of the ECG signals.

Claims

1. An object for detecting heartbeat or whether an electrode is in good contact, comprising a textile, wherein the textile is provided with at least two electrodes for picking up ECG signals;

at least one of the said electrodes is separated from the textile and at least one connecting wire, magnetic substance, air bag, liquid bag, sliding block or sliding table is used to connect the separated electrode and the textile.

2. The object of claim 1, wherein at least one contact face of the electrode and the textile is smooth face or the bottom of the electrode is arc-shaped to reduce the friction of the electrode and the textile;

meanwhile, there is at least one connecting wire to connect the separated electrode and the textile;

or the connecting wire is formed annularly; and

the connecting wire can be replaced by a suspended bar, snap fastener or Hook&

Loop (Velcro).

3. The object of claim 1, wherein the electrode itself is of permanent magnetic substance or permanent magnetic substance is installed outside the electrode;

the textile at other position is also provided with the permanent magnetic substance, where the magnetic poles of the terminals of the electrode and the permanent magnetic substance which close to each other on the textile are same such that the electrode is rejected by magnetic force.

4. The object of claim 1, wherein the part of the electrode located on the textile is made of elastic materials;

the other part is made of fabrics easy to extend;

or an air bag or a liquid bag is installed in the electrode, between the electrode and the textile or beside the electrode and the textile;

or the electrode is provided with an elastomer capable of retaining liquid, resisting shake or filtering;

or long and narrow holes are arranged on the textile;

or the textile around the electrode has crack opening or the textile on the other face of the electrode is provided with an anti-interference layer composed of a certain rigid structure group or the other face of the textile electrode contacting with the human body adopts smooth materials;

or a grid fabric is arranged between the electrode and the textile;

or there is an opening space around the textile of the electrode; and

the electrode is connected with the textile by at least one braid, wire or line to reduce the interference.

5. The object of claim 1, wherein an air bag or a liquid bag is installed in the electrode, between the electrode and the textile or beside the electrode and the textile;

and two air bags or two liquid bags are connected by a connecting pipe.

6. The object of claim 1, wherein the electrode is the dry electrode;

a capacitive coupling electrode is arranged beside each dry electrode or above the same position;

or the electrode itself is a capacitive coupling electrode.

7. The object of claim 1, wherein the separated electrode or the textile is provided with a passage;

each passage is installed with a connecting wire to connect with the electrode or textile.

8. The object of claim 1, wherein the separated electrode or the textile is provided with a hole;

a connecting wire passes through the hole to connect with the electrode, textile or form annular shape.

9. The object of claim 1, wherein one of the separated electrode and the textile is provided with a sliding block and the other is provided with a sliding table;

and there is space between the sliding block and the sliding table to move relatively.

10. The object of claim 1, wherein the textile is provided with a hole;

the separated electrode is connected with a sliding block; and

the electrode and the sliding block are arranged at the two sides of the hole of the textile.

11. The object of claim 1, wherein a separated fabric is arranged between the separated electrode and the textile to form a double-layer separating structure capable of restraining body movement interference;

meanwhile, a connecting wire is installed between the separated electrode and the fabric as well as between the separated fabric and the textile to connect with the separated electrode and the fabric; and

another connecting wire connects the separated fabric and the textile.

12. The object of claim 1, wherein the connecting wire is nylon wire, elastomeric yarn, cloth wire, cloth strip, braid, metallic wire, plastic wire, plastic strip, conductive line, helical connecting wire, helical connecting wire with increasing radius, strip connecting wire, belt connecting wire, suspended strip, Hook&

Loop (Velcro), snap fastener or conductive bar, etc.

13. The object of claim 1, wherein the electrode or the textile around the electrode can be used as the antenna;

and the connecting wire, suspended bar, snap fastener or Hook&

Loop (Velcro) can be used as the antenna when connected with the separated electrode and the textile.

14. The object of claim 1, wherein an elastomer, a container, a bag or common textile is arranged in the electrode or in at least one electrode;

the smooth materials are arranged among the electrode, elastomer, container, bag or common textile to reduce the friction between the electrode and the elastomer, container, bag or common textile; and

when the skin moves, the electrode can move at the same time.

15. The object of claim 1, wherein an non-permeable thin layer, a semi-permeable thin layer or needle puncture impermeable textile, printing impermeable mucilage coating, waterproof textile and waterproof joint strip are arranged in the electrode and interior of at least one electrode so as to separate the liquid and make the liquid not easy to permeate in the electrode;

or electrode has semi-permeable function so that the liquid leaves in the electrode and permeate slowly;

or a container is arranged in the electrode or a bag is arranged in the electrode;

the container or the bag is permeable for liquid or gas;

if it is the sealing structure, a hole is arranged on the container or the bag so that the gas or liquid can get in and out of the container or bag;

or capillarity or negative pressure can be generated so that the gas or liquid can enter the container or bag;

or the electrode is absorbed onto the skin.

16. A method for detecting heartbeat or whether an electrode is in good contact, comprising a textile and a control box, wherein the textile is provided with at least two electrodes;

the excellent electrode position, electrode structure or length of the connecting wire is selected according to the ECG equipotential line diagram, isothermal diagram, electromyography, skin movement or constant moisture line;

the control box comprises a processor to generate ECG signals;

or the noise or impedance picked up by the processor is used for detecting whether the electrode is close to human body or detecting whether the lead of the electrode or the electrode is damaged.

17. A system for detecting heartbeat or whether an electrode is in good contact, comprising a textile and a control box, wherein the textile is provided with at least two electrodes;

the control box comprises a circuit for measuring the temperature, humidity or impedance of the electrode as well as a microcontroller;

the microcontroller activates different circuits, firmware or software by detecting the temperature and humidity of the electrode or detecting whether the impedance between the two electrodes is in the setting range or starts electrocardiogram, electromyography, electroencephalogram, impedance pneumograph, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, electric shock circuit, body fat meter or sweat meter.

18. The system of claim 17, wherein the microcontroller estimates the motion state of a user by measuring the impedance between the two electrodes.

19. The system of claim 17, wherein the impedance between the two electrodes is the resistance value under various conditions stored in the data bank and used as the judgment standard.

20. The system of claim 17, wherein when the impedance between the two electrodes is not in the setting range, the processor informs the user tightening cross straps, changing clothes and electrode position, increasing the third electrode, starting the active electrode, promoting the temperature of the electrode or the around textile, increasing the conductive liquid and controlling the stray capacitance between the control box and the human body;

and the signal quality is improved by the negative feedback current input into the electrode or capacitive coupling electrode or circuit, etc.
