Abstract

The present invention provides a method and device for data shunting and relates to the technical field of communications. The present invention solves the problem that the requirements for the Service Quality can not be satisfied, because the shunted data can'"'"'t be transmitted in the shunting network based on appointed Service Quality; and the reliability of data transmission and the system resource utilization are decreased. The method concretely comprises the following steps: the first network device of the first network determines the second Quality of Service parameter of the second network according to the first Quality of Service parameter of data to be transmitted in the first network; the first network device transmits some or all of data to be transmitted to the second network device of the second network according to the second Quality of Service parameter. The method can be applied to data shunting.

Claims

1. A method for shunting data, comprising:

determining, by a first network device in a first network, a second quality of service parameter in a second network according to a first quality of service parameter in the first network for data needing to be transmitted; and

transmitting, by the first network device, part or all of the data to a second network device in the second network according to the second quality of service parameter.

2. The method for shunting data according to claim 1, wherein the first quality of service parameter comprises a first priority and the second quality of service parameter comprises a second priority.

3. The method for shunting data according to claim 1, wherein in a case that there exists a control plane interface between the first and the second network devices, the method further comprises:

establishing, by the first network device, a tunnel with the second network device; and

sending, by the first network device, the second quality of service parameter to the second network device via the control plane interface, wherein the second quality of service parameter corresponds to the tunnel;

wherein the process of transmitting, by the first network device, part or all of the data to a second network device in the second network according to the second quality of service parameter, comprising;

transmitting, by the first network device, part or all of the data to the second network device via the tunnel.

4. The method for shunting data according to claim 1, wherein in a case that there is not a control plane interface between the first and the second network devices,

the process of transmitting, by the first network device, part or all of the data to a second network device in the second network according to the second quality of service parameter, comprising:

generating, by the first network device, a data packet from part or all of the data needing to be transmitted, wherein a head of the data packet carries the second quality of service parameter; and

transmitting, by the first network device, the data packet to the second network device.

5. The method for shunting data according to claim 1, wherein method further comprises:

informing, by the first network device, a user equipment about the second quality of service parameter such that the user equipment performs data transmission with the second network device according to the second quality of service parameter.

6. The method for shunting data according to claim 1, wherein before determining the second quality of service parameter, the method further comprises:

acquiring first capability information of a user equipment, wherein the first capability information indicates that the user equipment supports data transmission based on a specified quality of service;

acquiring second capability information of the second network device, wherein the second capability information indicates that the second network device supports data transmission based on a specified quality of service.

7. A method for shunting data, comprising:

receiving, by a second network device in a second network, part or all of the data needing to be transmitted, wherein the part or all of the data is transmitted by a first network device in a first network according to a second quality of service parameter, the second quality of service parameter is determined for the second network by the first network device according to a first quality of service parameter in the first network for the data needing to be transmitted.

8. The method for shunting data according to claim 7, wherein the first quality of service parameter comprises a first priority and the second quality of service parameter comprises a second priority.

9. The method for shunting data according to claim 7, wherein in a case that there exists a control plane interface between the first and the second network devices, the method further comprises:

establishing a tunnel between the first and the second network devices; and

receiving the second quality of service parameter sent by the first network device via the control plane interface, wherein the second quality of service parameter corresponds to the tunnel;

wherein the process of receiving, by a second network device, part or all of the data needing to be transmitted, comprising;

receiving, by the second network device, part or all of the data needing to be transmitted, wherein the part or all of the data is transmitted by the first network device of the first network via the tunnel according to the second quality of service parameter.

10. The method for shunting data according to claim 7, wherein in a case that there is not a control plane interface between the first and the second network devices,

the process of receiving, by the second network device, part or all of the data needing to be transmitted, comprising:

receiving, by the second network device, a data packet sent by the first network device, wherein the data packet is generated by the first network device from part or all of the data needing to be transmitted and a head of the data packet carries the second quality of service parameter.

11. The method for shunting data according to claim 7, wherein before determining by the first network device the second quality of service parameter, the method further comprises:

sending second capability information of the second network device to the first network device, wherein the second capability information indicates that the second network device supports data transmission based on a specified quality of service.

12. An apparatus for shunting data, comprising:

a first receiving unit, configured to be used by a second network device in a second network to receive par or all of the data needing to be transmitted, wherein the part or all of the data is transmitted by a first network device in a first network according to a second quality of service parameter, the second quality of service parameter is determined for the second network by the first network device according to a first quality of service parameter in the first network for the data needing to be transmitted.

13. The apparatus for shunting data according to claim 12, wherein the first quality of service parameter comprises a first priority and the second quality of service parameter comprises a second priority.

14. The apparatus for shunting data according to claim 12, wherein in a case that there exists a control plane interface between the first and the second network devices, the device further comprises:

a second establishing unit, configured to establish a tunnel between the first and the second network devices; and

a second receiving unit, configured to receive the second quality of service parameter sent by the first network device via the control plane interface, wherein the second quality of service parameter corresponds to the tunnel;

wherein the first receiving unit comprises;

a first receiving module, configured to receive part or all of the data needing to be transmitted, wherein the part or all of the data is transmitted by the first network device of the first network via the tunnel according to the second quality of service parameter.

15. The apparatus for shunting data according to claim 12, wherein in a case that there is not a control plane interface between the first and the second network devices, the first receiving unit comprises:

a second receiving module, configured to receive a data packet sent by the first network device, wherein the data packet is generated by the first network device from part or all of the data needing to be transmitted, and a head of the data packet carries the second quality of service parameter.

16. The apparatus for shunting data according to claim 12, further comprising:

a second sending unit, configured to send second capability information of the second network device to the first network device, wherein the second capability information indicates that the second network device supports data transmission based on a specified quality of service.
