Abstract

Disclosed is an antenna assembly including a substrate, and a wireless charge antenna pattern on the substrate. The wireless charge antenna pattern has a sectional surface including a plurality of inner angles in which two inner angles are different from each other. The antenna assembly includes a wireless communication antenna pattern formed on the substrate and provided at an outside of the wireless charge antenna pattern. The wireless communication antenna pattern has a plurality of inner angles at a sectional surface thereof, and a plurality of angle values of the inner angles provided at the sectional surface of the wireless communication antenna pattern correspond to a plurality of angle values of the inner angles provided at the sectional surface of the wireless charge antenna pattern, respectively.

Claims

1. An antenna assembly comprising:

a substrate; and

a wireless charge antenna pattern on the substrate,

wherein the wireless charge antenna pattern has a sectional surface including a plurality of inner angles in which two inner angles are different from each other.

2. The antenna assembly of claim 1, further comprising a wireless communication antenna pattern formed on the substrate and provided at an outside of the wireless charge antenna pattern,

wherein the wireless communication antenna pattern has a plurality of inner angles at a sectional surface thereof, and

a plurality of angle values of the inner angles provided at the sectional surface of the wireless communication antenna pattern correspond to a plurality of angle values of the inner angles provided at the sectional surface of the wireless charge antenna pattern, respectively.

3. The antenna assembly of claim 2, wherein the wireless charge antenna pattern has a thickness equal to a thickness of the wireless communication antenna pattern.

4. The antenna assembly of claim 2, wherein

a layer at which the wireless charge antenna pattern is positioned is identical to a layer at which the wireless communication antenna pattern is positioned;

a top surface of the substrate is parallel to a top surface of the wireless charge antenna pattern,

the top surface of the substrate is parallel to the top surface of the wireless communication antenna pattern, and

a height from the top surface of the substrate to the top surface of the wireless charge antenna pattern is equal to a height from the top surface of the substrate to the top surface of the wireless communication antenna pattern.

5. The antenna assembly of claim 2, wherein the sectional surface of the wireless charge antenna pattern has a quadrangle having a top-left inner angle, a top-right inner angle, a bottom-left inner angle, and a bottom-right inner angle,

the sectional surface of the wireless communication antenna pattern has a quadrangle having a top-left inner angle, a top-right inner angle, a bottom-left inner angle, and a bottom-right inner angle,

the top-left inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern is equal to the top-left inner angle of the wireless communication antenna pattern,

the top-right inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern is equal to the top-right inner angle of the wireless communication antenna pattern,

the bottom-left inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern is equal to the bottom-left inner angle of the wireless communication antenna pattern,

the bottom-right inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern is equal to the bottom-right inner angle of the wireless communication antenna pattern,

the top-left inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern is equal to the top-right inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern,

the bottom-left inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern is equal to the bottom-right inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern,

the top-left inner angle of the wireless communication antenna pattern is equal to the top-right inner angle of the wireless communication antenna pattern,

the bottom-left inner angle of the wireless communication antenna pattern is equal to the bottom-right inner angle of the wireless communication antenna pattern,

the top-left inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern is equal to the bottom-left inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern, and

the top-left inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern is equal to the bottom-left inner angle of the wireless charge antenna pattern.

6. The antenna assembly of claim 5, wherein a maximum angle among the four inner angles of the wireless charge antenna pattern is 95 degrees or less, and a minimum angle among the four inner angles of the wireless communication antenna pattern is 85 degrees or more.

7. The antenna assembly of claim 1, further comprising:

a magnetic substrate on both of the substrate and the wireless charge antenna pattern; and

a bonding layer provided on both of the substrate and the wireless charge antenna pattern and provided under the magnetic substrate to bond the substrate to the magnetic substrate,

wherein the wireless charge antenna pattern is spaced apart from the magnetic substrate at a first predetermined distance by the bonding layer.

8. The antenna assembly of claim 7, further comprising a wireless communication antenna pattern formed on the substrate and positioned in the wireless charge antenna pattern,

wherein the wireless communication antenna pattern is spaced apart from the magnetic substrate at a second predetermined distance, and

the first predetermined distance is equal to the second predetermined distance.

9. The antenna assembly of claim 7, wherein the first predetermined distance is greater than 35 μ

m, a line width of the wireless charge antenna pattern is less than 400 μ

m, and a spacing of the wireless charge antenna pattern is less than 200 μ

m.

10. The antenna assembly of claim 1, wherein the wireless charge antenna pattern is a plane spiral shape pattern having an inner terminal, and

wherein the antenna assembly further comprises:

a first connector formed on the substrate and provided at an outside of the wireless charge antenna pattern;

a first conductive bridge to electrically connect the inner terminal of the wireless charge antenna pattern to the first connector; and

an insulating layer to prevent the first conductive bridge from being electrically connected to the wireless charge antenna pattern.

11. The antenna assembly of claim 10, wherein the first conductive bridge includes a volatile conductive paste.

12. The antenna assembly of claim 11, wherein the first conductive bridge has one surface that is plated.

13. The antenna assembly of claim 10, wherein the insulating layer corresponds to the substrate,

the inner terminal of the wireless charge antenna pattern is electrically connected to one terminal of the first conductive bridge by a via hole formed under the inner terminal of the wireless charge antenna pattern in the substrate;

and

the first connector is electrically connected to an opposite terminal of the first conductive bridge by a via hole formed under the first connector in the substrate.

14. The antenna assembly of claim 10, wherein the insulating layer is provided on the wireless charge antenna pattern, and the first conductive bridge is provided on the insulating layer.

15. The antenna assembly of claim 10, further comprising a wireless communication antenna pattern formed on the substrate, provided at an outside of the wireless charge antenna pattern, and provided in a plane spiral shape having an inner terminal;

a second connector formed on the substrate and provided at an outside of the wireless communication antenna pattern; and

a second conductive bridge to electrically connect the inner terminal of the wireless communication antenna pattern to the second connector.

16. The antenna assembly of claim 8, wherein the first predetermined distance is greater than 35 μ

m, a line width of the wireless charge antenna pattern is less than 400 μ

m, and a spacing of the wireless charge antenna pattern is less than 200 μ

m.
