Abstract

A vehicle data collection system includes a vehicle-mounted device installed in a vehicle and configured to transmit data related to the vehicle, and a vehicle data collection device configured to collect the data related to the vehicle, wherein the vehicle-mounted device includes a vehicle data transmission unit configured to transmit first vehicle data, which includes information in which an individual related to the vehicle is to be identified, and second vehicle data, which includes information in which the individual related to the vehicle is not to be identified, to the vehicle data collection device in different sessions, the first vehicle data and the second vehicle data are data related to the vehicle.

Claims

1. A vehicle data collection system for collecting data related to a vehicle, the system comprising:

a vehicle-mounted device installed in the vehicle and configured to transmit data related to the vehicle; and

a vehicle data collection device configured to collect the data related to the vehicle,

wherein the vehicle-mounted device comprises a vehicle data transmission unit configured to transmit first vehicle data, which includes information in which an individual related to the vehicle is to be identified, and second vehicle data, which includes information in which the individual related to the vehicle is not to be identified, to the vehicle data collection device in different sessions, the first vehicle data and the second vehicle data are data related to the vehicle.

2. The vehicle data collection system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle data transmission unit transmits data further includes first identification information that specifics is capable of identifying the individual related to the vehicle only when the first vehicle data is transmitted.

3. The vehicle data collection system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle-mounted device further comprises a temporally changed information acquisition unit configured to acquire information related to a time-varied event of the vehicle, and

the vehicle data transmission unit transmits the second vehicle data including information acquired by the temporally changed information acquisition unit as the information which the individual related to the vehicle is not to be identified whenever the temporally changed information acquisition unit acquires information.

The vehicle data collection system according to claim 3, wherein the vehicle data transmission unit transmits data further including second identification information that is not capable of identifying the individual related to the vehicle and is common to a plurality of sessions when the second vehicle data including the information acquired by the temporally changed information acquisition unit are transmitted in the plurality of sessions.

5. The vehicle data collection system according to claim 4, wherein, after a motor of the vehicle is started, when the second vehicle data is initially transmitted, the vehicle data transmission unit transmits data including a new second identification information.

6. The vehicle data collection system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle data transmission unit transmits the first vehicle data and the second vehicle data to different vehicle data collection devices respectively.

A vehicle data collection method of collecting data related to a vehicle, the vehicle data collection method comprising a vehicle data transmission step in which a vehicle-mounted device installed in the vehicle and configured to transmit the data related to the vehicle transmits first vehicle data, which includes information in which an individual related to the vehicle is to be identified, and second vehicle data, which includes information in which the individual related to the vehicle is not to be identified, to a vehicle data collection device configured to collect data related to the plurality of vehicles in different sessions, the first vehicle data and the second vehicle data are data related to vehicle.

A vehicle-mounted device installed in a vehicle and configured to transmit data related to the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted device comprising a vehicle data transmission unit configured to transmit first vehicle data, which includes information in which an individual related to the vehicle is to be identified, and second vehicle data, which includes information in which the individual related to the vehicle is not to be identified, to a vehicle data collection device configured to collect data related to a plurality of vehicles in different sessions, the first vehicle data and the second vehicle data are data related to the vehicle.

A program configure to cause a computer to function as a vehicle-mounted device installed in a vehicle and configured to transmit data related to the vehicle, the program configured to function as a vehicle data transmission unit configured to transmit first vehicle data which includes information in which an individual related to the vehicle is to be identified, and second vehicle data, which includes information in which the individual related to the vehicle is not to be identified, to a vehicle data collection device configured to collect data related to a plurality of vehicles in different sessions, the first vehicle data and the second vehicle data are data related to the vehicle.

A recording medium on which a program configure configured to cause a computer to function as a vehicle-mounted device installed in a vehicle and configured to transmit data related to the vehicle is recorded, the recording medium on which the program configured to function as a vehicle data transmission unit configured to transmit first vehicle data, which includes information in which an individual related to the vehicle is to be identified, and second vehicle data, which includes information in which the individual related to the vehicle is not to be identified, to a vehicle data collection device configured to collect data related to a plurality of vehicles in different sessions is recorded, the first vehicle data and the second vehicle data are data related to the vehicle.
