Abstract

An input device comprising: a processor that executes a process comprising: first detecting an eye-gaze position on a screen; comparing a current specified position and the eye-gaze position; and setting a cursor position to the specified position until a distance between the specified position and the eye-gaze position reaches a threshold or more.

Claims

1. An input device comprising:

a processor that executes a process comprising;

first detecting an eye-gaze position on a screen;

comparing a current specified position and the eye-gaze position; and

setting a cursor position to the specified position until a distance between the specified position and the eye-gaze position reaches a threshold or more.

2. The input device according to claim 1, the process further comprising:

second detecting a tilt of the input device, stopping the cursor at the cursor position according to the eye-gaze position until the distance between the specified position and the eye-gaze position reaches the threshold or more, and

moving the cursor position according to the tilt.

3. The input device according to claim 2, the process further comprising:

stopping processing of the second detecting while moving the cursor position according to the eye-gaze position, and stopping processing of the first detecting while moving the cursor position according to the tilt.

4. The input device according to claim 3, the process further comprising:

acquiring control information indicating whether to move the cursor position to the eye-gaze position detected by the first detecting or to move the cursor position according to the tilt detected by the second detecting, and moving the cursor position based on the acquired control information.

5. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having stored therein an input program that causes a computer to execute a process comprising:

detecting an eye-gaze position on a screen; and

comparing a current specified position and the detected eye-gaze position and setting a cursor position to the specified position until a distance between the specified position and the eye-gaze position reaches a threshold or more.
