Abstract

The invention relates to a composite for production of an acoustic membrane, wherein the composite comprises an internal carrier layer and at least two adhesive layers on the two surfaces of the carier layer, and wherein the carrier layer is a layer of a polyaryl ether ketone film; and also to a corresponding membrane for acoustic transducers.

Claims

1. An assembly for producing an acoustic membrane, the assembly comprising an inner carrier layer and at least two layers of adhesive on the two surfaces of the carrier layer, wherein the carrier layer is a layer of a polyaryletherketone film.

2. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the polyaryletherketone film is a polyetheretherketone film.

3. The assembly of claim 1, wherein at least one of the layers of adhesive is a layer of self-adhesive.

4. The assembly of claim 1, wherein both layers of adhesive are layers of self-adhesive.

5. The assembly of claim 1, wherein acrylate adhesives are the adhesive of at least one layer of adhesive.

6. The assembly of claim 1, wherein

the thickness of the inner PAEK film layer is 1 to 50 μ

m,

and/or

the thicknesses of the layers of adhesive independently of one another are each 1 to 100 μ

m.

7. The assembly of claim 1, wherein a liner is disposed on at least one of the two outer surfaces of the layers of adhesive.

8. The assembly of claim 1, wherein a further polymeric film is disposed on at least one of the two outer surfaces of the layers of adhesive.

9. The assembly of claim 8, wherein the thicknesses of the exterior polymeric films independently of one another are each 1 to 50 μ

m.

10. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the product construction is symmetrical in terms of the layer thicknesses and/or in terms of the composition of its layers.

11. A membrane for electroacoustic transducers obtainable by embossing or thermoforming an assembly of claim 1.

12. Loudspeakers comprising electroacoustic transducers comprising a membrane of claim 11.
