1. A display apparatus comprising:

  • a screen having a reflective member formed in at least a portion thereof;

    a first scanner configured to output a first projection image to a first area of the screen by first-direction scanning and second-direction scanning;

    a second scanner configured to output a second projection image to a second area of the screen by first-direction scanning and second-direction scanning;

    a first light detector configured to detect light received from the first area of the screen;

    a second light detector configured to detect light received from the second area of the screen; and

    a processor configured to determine whether the first projection image and the second projection image projected onto the screen overlap or are separated based on the light received from the first area and the light received from the second area and to control the first projection image and the second projection image to be adjacent to each other on the screen when the first projection image and the second projection image partially overlap or are separated.
