Abstract

In order to change PUCCH transmission cells appropriately, the present invention provides a user terminal that communicates with a plurality of cell groups each consisting of one or more cells using different frequency bands, the user terminal comprising: a reception section that receives a radio resource control (RRC) message; and a control section that selects at least one cell from cells that are configured for each of the cell groups and are allocatable with an uplink control signal, and controls the cell to be a cell for transmitting the uplink control signal, wherein when the RRC message includes a change instruction of the cell allocatable with the uplink control signal, the control section controls to transmit transmission acknowledgement information (HARQ-ACK) in response to the RRC message in the cell before change.

Claims

1. A user terminal that communicates with a plurality of cell groups each consisting of one or more cells using different frequency bands, the user terminal comprising:

a reception section that receives a radio resource control (RRC) message; and

a control section that selects at least one cell from cells that are configured for each of the cell groups and are allocatable with an uplink control signal, and controls the cell to be a cell for transmitting the uplink control signal, wherein when the RRC message includes a change instruction of the cell allocatable with the uplink control signal, the control section controls to transmit transmission acknowledgement information (HARQ-ACK) in response to the RRC message in the cell before change.

2. The user terminal according to claim 1, wherein when the RRC message includes the change instruction of the cell for transmitting the uplink control signal, the control section stops reporting of channel quality information (CQI) in the cell before change.

A radio base station that forms a cell group consisting of one or more cells using different frequency bands and communicates with a user terminal by applying dual connectivity or carrier aggregation with another radio base station forming a different cell group from the cell group, the radio base station comprising:

a reception section that receives an uplink control signal from cells that are configured for each cell group and are allocatable with an uplink control signal; and

a control section that controls to transmit an radio resource control (RRC) message including a change instruct on of the cell allocatable with the uplink control signal and controls not to perform downlink scheduling until receiving a completion report in response to the RRC message.

The radio base station according to claim 3, wherein instead of control not to perform the downlink scheduling, the control section transmits the RRC message including the change instruction of the cell allocatable with the uplink control signal and monitors the uplink control signal in both of the cell and a cell after change until receiving a completion report in response to the RRC message.

5. The radio base station according to claim 3, wherein the control section instructs to change the c || allocatable with the uplink control signal by using combination of the RRC message and MAC CE.

6. The radio base station according to claim 3, wherein, when transmitting the RRC message including the change instruction of the cell allocatable with the uplink control signal, the control section also signals a CQI reporting resource of a cell after change.

7. The radio base station according to claim 6, wherein after receiving a completion report in response to the RRC message including the change instruction of the cell allocatable with the uplink control signal, the control section triggers starting of CQI) reporting of the cell after change.

8. The radio base station according to claim 6, wherein after receiving a completion report in response to the RRC message including the change instruction of the cell allocatable with the uplink control signal, the control section instructs a CQI report resource of the cell after change.

9. A radio communication system in which a radio base station that forms a cell group consisting of one or more cells using different frequency bands and communicates with a user terminal by applying dual connectivity or carrier aggregation with another radio base station forming a different cell group from the cell group,

the user terminal comprising:

a reception section that receives a radio resource control (RRC) message;

a control section that selects at least one cell from cells that are configured for each of the cell groups and are allocatable with an uplink control signal, and controls the cell to be a cell for transmitting the uplink control signal, wherein when the RRC message includes a change instruction of the cell for transmitting the uplink control signal, the control section controls to transmit transmission acknowledgement information (HARQ-ACK) in response to the RRC message in the cell before change, and

the radio base station comprising;

a transmission section that transmits the RRC message;

a reception section that receives an uplink control signal from cells that are configured for each cell group and are allocatable with the uplink control signal; and

a control section that controls to transmit the radio resource control (RRC) message including the change instruction of the cell allocatable with the uplink control signal and controls not to perform downlink scheduling until receiving a completion report in response to the RRC message.

10. A radio communication method for a user terminal that communicates with a plurality of cell groups each consisting of one or more cells using different frequency bands, the radio communication method comprising:

receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message; and

selecting at least one cell from cells that are configured for each of the cell groups and are allocatable with an uplink control signal, and controlling the cell to be a cell for transmitting the uplink control signal,

wherein when the RRC message includes a change instruction of the cell for transmitting the uplink control signal, transmission acknowledgement information (HARQ-ACK) in response to the RRC message is controlled to be transmitted in the cell before change.
