A method for the handling and/or marketing of items that are stored in a warehouse by at least one first actor such as supplier and are removed from the warehouse by at least one second actor such as a taker or customer, wherein upon an automated receiving of the items by the warehouse an individual item-specific and/or actor-specific identification is detected, inputted or generated by the warehouse, wherein the items are associated with one of the actors by assigning the individual identification and are stored according to the association in the warehouse, and wherein the items are supplied to a discharge after the inputting of the individual item-specific and/or actor-specific identification by one of the actors or after the detection of the individual item-specific and/or actor-specific identification,characterized in thatthe individual identification contains information about the storage conditions of the item and that the items delivered to the warehouse are received by a handling system and are stored according to the individual identification under different storage conditions such as temperature in a shelf system of the warehouse.

7. A warehouse (10, 12) for the handling and/or marketing of items, comprising
means (28, 32, 38, 40) for receiving items from at least one actor such as a supplier, means (38, 40, 42, 44) for storing the items, and means (28, 30, 38, 40) for the automated dispensing of the items to at least one second actor such as a taker or customer, wherein the means (28, 32, 38) for receiving the items automatically detects an individual, in particular item-specific and/or actor-specific identification associated with the items and/or the actors and/or generates an individual, in particular item-specific and/or actor-specific identification for the items and/or the actors, characterized in that the means (38, 40, 42, 44) for storing the items comprises a handling system (40) with a warehouse robot (42) as well as a storage system in the form of a shelf system (44), and that the warehouse (10) comprises storage areas with different air-conditioning zones and at least one air conditioning apparatus (12) for regulating the temperature and the air humidity of the air-conditioning zones in which the items are stored in accordance with their individual identification, and that the items are supplied to a discharge (30) by the automated delivery (38, 40) after the inputting or texting of the individual identification associated with the item and/or actors.
