Abstract

An automatic driving vehicle has an automatic driving mode in which autonomous traveling is carried out, the automatic driving vehicle including: behavior setup receiving means configured to receive a setup for a behavior after getting out from the automatic driving vehicle, the setup being to be inputted when a driver or passenger gets out from the automatic driving vehicle; and control means configured to control conduct of the behavior on the basis of the setup. A program is provided for the automatic driving vehicle which includes a computer, the program causing the computer to function as: behavior setup receiving means configured to receive a setup for a behavior after getting out from the automatic driving vehicle, the setup being inputted by a driver or passenger who gets out from the automatic driving vehicle; and control means configured to control conduct of the behavior on the basis of the setup.

Claims

1. An automatic driving vehicle having an automatic driving mode in which autonomous traveling is carried out, the automatic driving vehicle comprising:

behavior setup receiving means configured to receive a setup for a behavior after getting out from the automatic driving vehicle, the setup being to be inputted when a driver or passenger gets out from the automatic driving vehicle; and

control means configured to control conduct of the behavior on the basis of the setup.

2. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 1, further comprising:

at least one of driver presence/absence determining means configured to determine presence or absence of a driver who gets in the automatic driving vehicle and passenger presence/absence determining means configured to determine presence or absence of a passenger who gets in the automatic driving vehicle,

wherein the control means controls the conduct of the behavior on the basis of the setup in a case where the driver presence/absence determining means or passenger presence/absence determining means determines that the driver or passenger does not get in the automatic driving vehicle.

3. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the driver presence/absence determining means includes one or more of an image recognition device, a voice recognition device, a seating sensor provided in a driver'"'"'s seat, and a touch sensor provided in a handle or a touch panel.

The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the passenger presence/absence determining means includes one or more of an image recognition device, a voice recognition device, a seating sensor provided in a passenger'"'"'s seat other than a driver'"'"'s seat, and a touch sensor provided in a handle or a touch panel.

5. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 1, further comprising:

biological information storing unit configured to store biological information containing a face image, a voice, a fingerprint, a vein, and an iris of the driver or passenger;

biological information obtaining unit configured to obtain the biological information of the driver or passenger when the driver or passenger gets in the automatic driving vehicle again after getting out from the automatic driving vehicle; and

biological information authenticating means configured to carry out authentication by comparing the obtained biological information with the stored biological information.

6. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 1 further comprising:

a behavior storing unit configured to store one kind of behavior or plural kinds of behaviors,

wherein the behavior setup receiving means receives a setup for a behavior selected from the behavior or behaviors stored in the behavior storing unit.

7. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 1, further comprising:

at least one of a display screen configured to display a message and a speaker configured to reproduce the message as sound; and

a message storing unit configured to store the message used when to receive the setup,

wherein the behavior setup receiving means receives the setup in an interactive form using the message stored in the message storing unit.

8. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 1, further comprising:

a communication destination storing unit configured to store contact addresses for communication with the driver or passenger who inputs the setup; and

communication means configured to carry out the communication before the control means controls the conduct of the behavior.

9. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 8, wherein the control means controls the conduct of the behavior after approval of the driver or passenger who inputs the setup is obtained.

10. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 1, further comprising:

a communication destination storing unit configured to store contact addresses for communication with the driver or passenger who inputs the setup; and

communication destination authenticating means configured to carry out, when the automatic driving vehicle receives calling from the driver or passenger, authentication on the basis of whether a contact address of the driver or passenger coincides with any contact address stored in the communication destination storing unit or not.

The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the automatic driving vehicle has a manual driving mode to carry out manual driving, and wherein the driver sets a driving mode to the automatic driving mode at the time of getting out from the automatic driving vehicle, and the automatic driving vehicle control the driving mode so as to inhibit switching to the manual driving mode.

12. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the automatic driving vehicle is an automatic driving vehicle that can be used temporarily, and wherein the behavior contains return of the automatic driving vehicle or termination of usage.

13. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 12, further comprising:

temporarily biological information registering means configured to register biological information of a user who temporarily uses the automatic driving vehicle, the biological information containing at least one of a face image, a voice, a fingerprint, a vein, and an iris; and

biological information deleting means configured to delete, at the time of return of the automatic driving vehicle or termination of the usage, the registered biological information of the user.

14. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 12, further comprising:

temporarily communication destination registering means configured to register a contact address for communicating with a user who temporarily uses the automatic driving vehicle; and

communication destination deleting means configured to delete, at the time of return of the automatic driving vehicle or termination of the usage, the registered contact address of the user.

15. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 12, further comprising:

issuing means configured to issue an ID and/or password to a user who temporarily uses the automatic driving vehicle, the ID and/or password being issued by a provider that provides the temporarily usable automatic driving vehicle; and

ID authentication means configured to carry out authentication on the basis of the ID and/or password thus issued.

16. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 12, further comprising:

settlement means configured to settle a usage charge according to usage performance.

17. The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 12, further comprising:

settlement means configured to settle a usage charge before usage of the automatic driving vehicle, the usage charge being a usage charge according to a usable time or usable distance, or a fixed usage charge.

The automatic driving vehicle according to claim 12, wherein the temporarily usable automatic driving vehicle includes a rented car provided from a car-rental company, a taxi provided from a taxi company, a limousine provided from a limousine company, and an automatic driving vehicle provided from a carsharing company.

19. A program for an automatic driving vehicle, the automatic driving vehicle having an automatic driving mode in which autonomous traveling is carried out, the automatic driving vehicle including a computer, the program causing the computer to function as:

behavior setup receiving means configured to receive a setup for a behavior after getting out from the automatic driving vehicle, the setup being inputted by a driver or passenger who gets out from the automatic driving vehicle; and

control means configured to control conduct of the behavior on the basis of the setup.

20. The program for an automatic driving vehicle according to claim 19, wherein the automatic driving vehicle is an automatic driving vehicle that can be used temporarily, and wherein the behavior contains return of the automatic driving vehicle or termination of usage.
