Abstract

A technology enabling a base station to transmit acknowledgement (ACK)/negative ACK (NACK) information about data received from a terminal is provided. A cyclic shift value difference of each terminal may be maximized and a radio resource for transmitting the ACK/NACK information may be assigned without collision.

15. A data communication method in a mobile station of a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

receiving cyclic shift information for a reference signal; and

transmitting a reference signal cyclically shifted based on a cyclic shift value,

wherein the cyclic shift value is determined based on a mapping to the cyclic shift information for the reference signal according to Table 1.

16. A data communication method in a base station of a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

transmitting cyclic shift information for a reference signal; and

receiving a reference signal cyclically shifted based on a cyclic shift value,

wherein the cyclic shift value is determined based on a mapping to the cyclic shift information for the reference signal according to Table 2.
