a liner, having an edge, a portion of said edge coupled to said inner surface;
a fastener, having a first member coupled to said inner surface and a second member coupled to said liner at an uncoupled portion of said edge;
wherein a space is formed between said liner and said inner surface; and
wherein said space is accessible through said uncoupled portion.

The liner includes an edge. A portion of the edge is coupled to the inner surface of the outer layer. The fastener includes a first member coupled to the inner surface of the outer layer and a second member coupled to the liner at an uncoupled portion of the edge of the liner. A space is formed between the liner and the inner surface of the outer layer. The space is accessible through the uncoupled portion.
