Abstract

The present invention relates to a mobile terminal capable of receiving a memo while recording a video. Specifically, the present invention relates to a mobile terminal including a camera, a touch screen and a controller. When a video is recorded using the camera, the controller is configured to control the touch screen to output a preview screen of the camera. If a touch and drag input is received on the outputted preview screen, the controller is configured to temporarily stop outputting the preview screen and store a touch path of the touch and drag input as a handwriting memo which is included in the recorded video.

Claims

1. A mobile terminal, comprising:

a camera;

a touch screen; and

if a video is recorded by the camera, a controller configured to control the touch screen to output a preview screen of the camera, the controller, if a touch and drag is received on the outputted preview screen, configured to pause the output of the preview screen and store a touch path of the touch and drag input as a handwriting memo which is contained in the recorded video.

2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if the touch and drag input is received on the outputted preview screen, the controller is configured to activate a shake correction function of the camera.

3. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if the touch and drag input is not received for more than a prescribed time, the controller is configured to resume the paused preview screen.

4. The mobile terminal of claim 1, further comprising a microphone, wherein the controller is configured to store an audio memo received via the microphone as an audio memo contained in the video.

5. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if a command of a user specifying a prescribed object contained in the preview screen is received, the controller is configured to store the handwriting memo in response to the specified object.

6. The mobile terminal of claim 5, wherein the command specifying the prescribed object corresponds to a touch and drag input forming a closed curve containing the prescribed object contained in the preview screen.

The mobile terminal of claim 5, wherein if a playback command is received, the controller is configured to control the touch screen to output a playback screen of the recorded video and wherein if the specified object is displayed on the playback screen, the controller is configured to output the stored handwriting memo in the vicinity of the displayed object.

8. The mobile terminal of claim 7, wherein if the stored handwriting memo is outputted, the controller is configured to control playback of the video to be paused.

9. The mobile terminal of claim 8, wherein if an input touching the outputted handwriting memo is received, the controller is configured to resume the playback of the paused video.

10. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if a playback command is received, the controller is configured to control the touch screen to output a playback screen of the recorded video and output the stored handwriting memo on a timing corresponding to a timing on which a memo is inputted.

11. A method of controlling a mobile terminal, comprising the steps of:

recording a video by a camera;

outputting a preview screen of the camera when the video is recorded; and

if a touch and drag input is received on the outputted preview screen, pausing the output of the preview screen and storing a touch path of the touch and drag input as a handwriting memo.

12. The method of claim 11, if the touch and drag input is received on the outputted preview screen, further comprising the step of activating a shake correction function of the camera.

13. The method of claim 11, if the touch and drag input is not received for more than a prescribed time, further comprising the step of resuming the paused preview screen.

14. The method of claim 11, wherein the storing step further stores an audio memo received via a microphone as an audio memo contained in the video.

15. The method of claim 11, wherein if a command of a user specifying a prescribed object contained in the preview screen is received, the storing step stores the handwriting memo in response to the specified object.

16. The method of claim 15, wherein the command specifying the prescribed object corresponds to a touch and drag input forming a closed curve containing the prescribed object contained in the preview screen.

17. The method of claim 15, further comprising the step of:

if a playback command is received, outputting a playback screen of the recorded video; and

if the specified object is displayed on the playback screen, outputting the stored handwriting memo in the vicinity of the displayed object.

18. The method of claim 17, wherein if the stored handwriting memo is outputted, the playback screen outputting step pauses playback of the video.

19. The method of claim 18, wherein if an input touching the outputted handwriting memo is received, the playback screen outputting step resumes the playback of the paused video.

20. The method of claim 11, if a playback command is received, further comprising the steps of:

outputting a playback screen of the recorded video; and

outputting the stored handwriting memo on a timing corresponding to a timing on which a memo is inputted.
