a plurality of first groups of respective pluralities of first outlets; and
a plurality of second groups of respective pluralities of second outlets;
wherein;
each of the first outlets respectively defines a first outlet area;
each of the second outlets defines respective reduced outlet areas that are less than the first outlet area;
the first groups and second groups are alternately arranged around the perimeter; and
a total number of first outlets is greater than a total number of second outlets.

Each of the first outlets respectively defines a first outlet area, and each of the second outlets defines respective reduced outlet areas that are less than the first outlet area. Further, the first groups and second groups are alternately arranged around the perimeter, and a total number of first outlets is greater than a total number of second outlets.
