Abstract

A connection processing method includes receiving, by a first processor included in a communication device, first information that specifies a user of the communication device, executing an inquiry for a connection to one or more other communication devices, selecting a target communication device that has transmitted a response including information indicating that the target communication device has second information that specifies the user and has been acquired when the target communication device communicated with another communication device, from among the one or more other communication devices, and transmitting the first information to the target communication device, and receiving, by a second processor included in the target communication device, the first information from the communication device, executing connection processing without executing authentication processing of the user with the communication device, when the received first information matches with the second information, and executing a communication with the communication device.

Claims

1. A connection processing method executed by a communication system including a communication device and one or more other communication devices, the connection processing method comprising:

receiving, by a first processor included in the communication device, first information that specifies a user of the communication device,

executing an inquiry for a connection to the one or more other communication devices,

selecting a target communication device that has transmitted, as a response to the inquiry, the response including information indicating that the target communication device has second information that specifies the user and has been acquired when the target communication device communicated with another communication device, from among the one or more other communication devices, and

transmitting the first information to the target communication device, and

receiving, by a second processor included in the target communication device, the first information from the communication device,

executing connection processing without executing authentication processing of the user with the communication device, when the received first information matches with the second information, and

executing a communication with the communication device.

2. The connection processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:

transmitting, by the second processor, a response indicating that the received first information matches with the second information, to the communication device, and

executing, by the first processor, the connection processing with the target communication device in accordance with reception of the response transmitted from the target communication device.

3. The connection processing method according to claim 1,

wherein the response includes a flag, and

the first processor is configured to:

determine that the communication device that has transmitted the response has the first information when the flag has been set on, and

determine that the communication device that has transmitted the response does not have the first information when the flag has been set off.

4. The connection processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:

executing, by the second processor, connection processing that includes authentication processing of the user with the communication device, when the received first information does not match with the second information.

5. The connection processing method according to claim 4, further comprising:

transmitting, by the second processor, a response indicating that the received first information does not match with the second information, and

executing, by the first processor, connection processing that includes authentication processing of the user with the target communication device in accordance with the response indicating that the received first information does not match with the second information.

6. The connection processing method according to claim 5, wherein the authentication processing includes:

displaying common code information on respective screens of the communication device and the target communication device, and

determining whether the displayed code information matches with predetermined code information for each of the communication device and the target communication device.

7. A communication system comprising:

a communication device; and

one or more other communication devices,

wherein a first processor included in the communication device is configured to;

receive first information that specifies a user of the communication device,

execute an inquiry for a connection to the one or more other communication devices,

select a target communication device that has transmitted, as a response to the inquiry, the response including information indicating that the target communication device has second information that specifies the user and has been acquired when the target communication device communicated with another communication device, from among the one or more other communication devices, and

transmit the first information to the target communication device, and

wherein a second processor included in the target communication device is configured to;

receive the first information from the communication device,

execute connection processing without executing authentication processing of the user with the communication device, when the received first information matches with the second information, and

execute a communication with the communication device.

8. The communication system according to claim 7, wherein

the second processor is configured to transmit a response indicating that the received first information matches with the second information, to the communication device, and

the first processor is configured to execute the connection processing with the target communication device in accordance with reception of the response transmitted from the target communication device.

9. The communication system according to claim 7,

wherein the response includes a flag, and

the first processor is configured to:

determine that the communication device that has transmitted the response has the first information when the flag has been set on, and

determine that the communication device that has transmitted the response does not have the first information when the flag has been set off.

10. The communication system according to claim 7,

wherein the second processor is configured to execute connection processing that includes authentication processing of the user with the communication device, when the received first information does not match with the second information.

11. The communication system according to claim 10, wherein

the second processor is configured to transmit a response indicating that the received first information does not match with the second information, and

the first processor is configured to execute connection processing that includes authentication processing of the user with the target communication device in accordance with the response indicating that the received first information does not match with the second information.

12. The communication system according to claim 11, wherein the authentication processing includes:

displaying common code information on respective screens of the communication device and the target communication device, and

determining whether the displayed code information matches with predetermined code information for each of the communication device and the target communication device.

13. A communication device comprising:

a memory; and

a processor coupled to the memory and configured to;

receive first information that specifies a user of the communication device,

execute an inquiry for a connection to one or more other communication devices,

select a target communication device that has transmitted, as a response to the inquiry, the response including information indicating that the target communication device has second information that specifies the user and has been acquired when the target communication device communicated with another communication device, and

transmit the first information to the target communication device,

execute connection processing without executing authentication processing of the user with the target communication device, when a response is received from the target communication device and the response indicates that the transmitted first information matches with the second information, and

execute a communication with the target communication device.
