Abstract

A system for programming, controlling and monitoring wireless networks enabling a wireless device (Dev) being utilized and integrated into car electronic control module or home (or business) alarm/security system. This system also presents a general control (robotic) device, which controls general input and output functions, where plurality of cellular handsets, internet devices can co-control, monitor, share and exchange information through the cellular, the internet networks and other wire/wireless network.

Claims

1. In a wireless controller for a smart new appliance, useful for communicating wirelessly with a registered mobile device over a mobile network and short range communication (SRC) network and for communicating, controlling, monitoring wirelessly with at least one of its household device/auto accessory device over a short range communication (SRC) network, the method comprising:

receiving at a first new appliance a biometric command and its associated data from a registered mobile device; and

associating said biometrical parameters with a user.

2. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a self-park request command from a registered mobile device; and

transmitting at the new appliance the self-park request command to the parking-lot controller;

receiving at the new appliance an available designated parking spot, wherein it parks its vehicle; and

transmitting at the new appliance the parking completion command to said mobile device.

3. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a self-pickup request command from a registered mobile device; and

transmitting at the new appliance the self-pickup notice command to the parking lot controller;

transmitting at the new appliance the self-pickup response to said registered mobile device; and

wherein said response contains at least one of;

a refreshed pickup GPS map, real-time positions and pickup destination arrival time associated with both the new appliance and the mobile device; and

commanding the vehicle to the desirable pickup spot and alerts said mobile device of its pickup parking position.

4. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a gesture command from at least one video or gesture device associated with the new appliance; and

directing the vehicle associated with the new appliance to the parking position as commanded by said gesture command.

5. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a self-pickup request command from the app data-based server device, wherein said command contains at least one of;

lease reference number, lessee'"'"'s phone number, pickup time and date, pickup location; and

wherein when the pickup time and date reaches its time and date resolution, it communicates and transmits to lessee'"'"'s phone number associated the mobile device and an interactive GPS containing its real-time location.

6. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the first new appliance a drive-pool request command, wherein said command includes a mobile device connecting ID associated with second mobile device from a registered mobile device;

transmitting at the new appliance a drive-pool request command, wherein said command includes a unique security ID associated the first new appliance, to second mobile device;

receiving at the second new appliance a drive-pool response command, wherein said command includes a mobile device connecting ID and a unique security ID associated with first new appliance from a registered mobile device;

transmitting at the second new appliance a drive-pool acknowledge command, wherein said command includes a returned unique security ID associated with the first new appliance, a GPS map, a dynamic GPS location associated with the second new appliance and to the first new appliance;

transmitting at the second new appliance its dynamic GPS position periodically to the first new appliance;

receiving at the first new appliance a drive-pool acknowledge command, wherein said command includes a returned unique security ID associated with the first new appliance, a GPS map, a dynamic GPS location associated with the second new appliance from the second new appliance; and

using the dynamic GPS location associated with the second new appliance as a GPS destination and periodically transmitting its dynamic GPS position to the second new appliance.

7. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving an alert for monitoring or hearing from at least one sensor associated with the new appliance from a traffic controller, wherein said alert includes;

a pedestrian crossing ahead, an accident, a parked car without any emergency light.

8. The method of claim 1 further comprising receiving at the new appliance an alert from the traffic controller signaling an unexpected crossing at coming intersection and informs its driver by:

outputting the warning via its vehicle dashboard GPS display; and

outputting the warning beep via its vehicle audio speaker.

9. The method of claim 1 further comprising receiving at the new appliance an alert from the traffic controller signaling a cross traffic violation of running the red light at coming intersection and informing its driver by:

outputting the warning via its vehicle dashboard GPS display; and

outputting the warning beep via its vehicle audio speaker.

10. The method of claim 1 further comprising receiving at the new appliance an alert from the traffic controller signaling a red light is at coming intersection and informing its driver by:

outputting the warning via its vehicle dashboard display; and

outputting the warning beep via its vehicle audio speaker.

11. The method of claim 1 further comprising receiving at the new appliance from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance a potential dozing off by its driver by:

outputting the warning via its vehicle dashboard display; and

outputting the warning beep via its vehicle audio speaker.

12. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a signal from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance and a signal from a registered mobile device via wired or wireless SRC or public WIFI network;

complying at the new appliance all commands from said mobile device, said user or said sensor or display;

receiving at the new appliance an audio and or icon control command from said mobile device; and

decoding said control command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances; and

wherein the method further comprising one of;

transmitting the result of said control to the mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance a status command from said mobile device, and transmitting the status to the mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance a status command from said mobile device, and decoding said status command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances; and

receiving the status from said household appliance, and transmitting said status to the mobile device.

13. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a signal from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance and a signal from a registered mobile device via wired or wireless SRC or public WIFI network;

complying at the new appliance all commands from said mobile device, said user or said sensor or display; and

wherein the method further comprising one of;

receiving at the new appliance an audio control command of a user from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance, and decoding said audio control command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances;

transmitting the result or response of said control command in audio to said user;

receiving at the new appliance an audio status command of said user from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance, and transmitting the response in audio to said user;

receiving at the new appliance an audio status command of said user from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance, and decoding said audio status command and transmitting decoded command to at least one of its household appliances; and

receiving the status from said household appliance, and transmitting said status in audio to said user.

14. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a signal from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance and a signal from a registered mobile device via wired/wireless SRC or public WIFI network;

complying at the new appliance all commands from said mobile device, said user or said sensor or display; and

wherein the method further comprising one of;

receiving at the new appliance an audio, gesture and or screen icon control from at least one sensor or display device associated with the new appliance, and decoding said control command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances;

transmitting the result of said control to said associated device;

receiving at the new appliance an audio gesture and or screen icon status command from said associated device from at least one sensor or display device associated with the new appliance, and transmitting the status to the associated device;

receiving at the new appliance an audio gesture and or screen icon status command from said associated device from at least one sensor or display device associated with the new appliance, and decoding said status command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances; and

receiving the status from said household appliance, and transmitting said status to the associated device.

15. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving biometrical data associated with at least one sensor/camera associated with the new appliance;

verifying said biometric data with the stored biometric data of one of its drivers;

unlocking the vehicle driver side door; and

receiving one or more audio commands of said driver from at least one audio sensor associated with the new appliance, and the one or more audio commands include at least one of;

locking or unlocking the door;

rolling up/down the window;

turning engine on/off without the car key;

communicating with the GPS device; and

turn radio on/off.

16. The method of claim 1 further comprising at least one of:

receiving at the new appliance an audio and or screen icon input command from a mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance an audio command from a user from at least one audio sensor associated with the new appliance;

receiving at the new appliance an audio gesture and or screen icon input command from at least one sensor or display device associated with the new appliance, and complying at the new appliance all commands from said mobile device, said user or said sensor or display; and

wherein the method further comprising one of;

receiving at the new appliance an audio and or screen icon control command from said mobile device, decoding said control command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances, and transmitting the result of said control to the mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance an audio and or screen icon status command from said mobile device; and

transmitting the status to the mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance an audio and or screen icon status command from said mobile device, and decoding said status command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances; and

receiving the status from said household appliance, and transmitting said status to the mobile device.

17. The method of claim 1 further comprising at least one of:

receiving at the new appliance an audio and or screen icon input command from a mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance an audio command from a user from at least one audio sensor associated with the new appliance;

receiving at the new appliance an audio gesture and or screen icon input command from at least one sensor or display device associated with the new appliance; and

complying at the new appliance all commands from said mobile device, said user or said sensor or display; and

wherein the method further comprising one of;

receiving at the new appliance an audio control command from a user from at least one audio sensor associated with the new appliance, and decoding said audio control command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances, and transmitting the result or response of said control command in audio to said user;

receiving at the new appliance an audio status command from said user from at least one audio sensor associated with the new appliance, and transmitting the response in audio to said user;

receiving at the new appliance an audio status command from said user from at least one audio sensor associated with the new appliance, and decoding said audio status command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances; and

receiving the status from said household appliance, and transmitting said status in audio to said user.

18. The method of claim 1 further comprising at least one of:

receiving at the new appliance an audio and or screen icon input command from a mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance an audio command from a user;

receiving at the new appliance an audio gesture and or screen icon input command from at least one sensor or display device associated with the new appliance, and complying at the new appliance all commands from said mobile device, said user or said sensor or display; and

wherein the method further comprising one of;

receiving at the new appliance an audio gesture and or screen icon control from at least one sensor or display device associated with the new appliance, decoding said control command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances, and transmitting the result of said control to said associated device;

receiving at the new appliance an audio gesture and or screen icon status command from at least one device associated the new appliance, and transmitting the status to the associated device;

receiving at the new appliance an audio gesture and or screen icon status command from at least one device associated the new appliance, and decoding said status command and transmitting the decoded command to at least one of its household appliances; and

receiving the status from said household appliance, and transmitting said status to the associated device.

19. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving an alert at the new appliance from at least one sensor associated with the new appliance;

transmitting the barking command to the digital dog; and

receiving at the digital dog the barking command and generating bark sounds per command parameters at the digital dog.

20. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a barking command from a registered mobile device;

transmitting the barking command to the digital dog; and

receiving at the digital dog the barking command and generating bark sounds per command parameters at the digital dog.

21. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a cloud retrieval command from a registered mobile device and transmitting cloud directory or cloud file directory content to said mobile device; and

receiving at the new appliance a cloud storage command from a registered mobile device and storing said directory or file information from said mobile device to its associated storage device.

22. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a real-time cloud storage command from a registered mobile device; and

receiving at the new appliance real-time images from the mobile device and storing said images to its associated cloud device.

23. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance the present of a registered mobile device;

detecting at the new appliance the motion of the vehicle associated with the new appliance;

requesting at the new appliance at least a cellular subscriber identifier from the said mobile device;

transmitting at the new appliance said cellular subscriber identifier to a cellular service provider;

receiving at the new appliance a request for authentication key from said cellular service provider;

requesting at the new appliance said authentication key from the said mobile device;

transmitting at the new appliance said authentication key to and connecting to said cellular service provider; and

receiving or intercepting a call at the new appliance and transmitting messages to its caller.

24. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance an alert from the mobile device that it is losing connection with the Handset Link device; and

wherein the mobile device sounds off alarm that it is losing connection with the Handset Link device, and sounding off alarm at the Handset Link that it is losing connection with the mobile device.

25. The method of claim 1 further comprising receiving at the new appliance a payment transaction request and account information associated with a customer from a credit card reader device associated with the new appliance, and wherein the method further comprising one of:

transmitting at the new appliance the payment transaction request to the mobile device associated with said customer, completing the credit card payment associated with the owner of the credit card with account payment processing server associated with the new appliance, and completing and transmitting at the new appliance the payment and receipt information associated with the payment to said mobile device via cellular network; and

transmitting at the new appliance the payment transaction completion to the mobile device associated with said customer.

26. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a signal via wired/wireless SRC or public WIFI network from a mobile device;

transmitting at the new appliance goods and services information associated with its owner business via wired/wireless SRC or public WIFI network to said mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance an order via wired or wireless SRC or public WIFI network from a mobile device;

acquiring at the new appliance a mobile payment account associated with said mobile device from said mobile device and transmitting mobile payment transaction associated with the owner of said mobile device to the banking institution associated with the new appliance-owned business establishment via cellular network;

transmitting at the new appliance the payment transaction completion to the mobile device associated with said customer; and

transmitting at the new appliance an order completion via wired/wireless SRC or public WIFI network to the mobile device associated with said order.

27. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a payment transaction from a cash register associated with the new appliance;

receiving at the new appliance a signal via wired/wireless SRC or public WIFI network from a mobile device;

transmitting at the new appliance to said mobile device a payment command and account information parameter inquiry associated with the owner of said mobile device via wired or wireless SRC or public WIFI network;

receiving at the new appliance said account information from said mobile device via cellular network;

receiving at the new appliance the transaction amount from the cash register;

completing and transmitting at the new appliance the payment and receipt information associated with the payment to said mobile device via cellular network to its payment processing server; and

transmitting the payment completion to said handset.

28. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a command via wired or wireless SRC or public WIFI network from a mobile device and generating the response and transmitting said response to the said mobile device, or receiving at the new appliance a purchase command via wired or wireless SRC or public WIFI network from a mobile device; and

completing at the new appliance a financial transaction response associated with said purchase to said mobile device via cellular network and transmitting payment account information associated with the owner of said mobile device to the banking institution associated with the new appliance-owned business establishment via cellular network.

29. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a signal from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance and a signal from a registered mobile device via wired or wireless SRC or public WIFI network; and

transmitting at the new appliance a voice announcement via at least one vehicle speaker associated with the appliance to the user and unlocking the car entry door associated with the new appliance, or transmitting at the new appliance a voice announcement via at least one entry door speaker associated with the appliance to the user and unlocking the house or premises entry door associated with the new appliance.

30. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a command from a registered mobile device which receives said command from its user'"'"'s voice command;

translating at the new appliance said command and transmitting the translated command to at least one device associated with the new appliance; and

transmitting at the new appliance the voice response to the registered mobile device.

31. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance via a cellular network a car loan command from a registered mobile device with a unique security key associated with a second mobile device;

generating and transmitting at the new appliance via cellular network a communication identifier to the second mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance via wired/wireless SRC or public WIFI network a communication identifier solicitor command from said second mobile device and verifying a positive match of said identifier with its own; and

allowing at the new appliance the use of its associated vehicle with a time-limited to the user associated with second mobile device.

32. The method of claim 1 further comprising at least one of:

receiving at the new appliance from the at least one sensor associated with the new appliance, wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one of;

a vibration input, video input, movement input and an impact input and transmits an alert and video inputs to the registered mobile device;

detecting at the new appliance, wherein its associated vehicle is in stationary position for a duration of time a persistent cellular identification of a mobile device; and

receiving or detecting at the new appliance a persistent presence of a cellular identification associated with a mobile device and being in stationary position for a duration of time, and transmitting at the new appliance warning messages to the registered mobile device.

33. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a voice command beginning with the default name associated with the new appliance from a user along with a signal from a registered mobile device and registering said voice command as the intended voice command;

receiving at the new appliance a voice command from said user and transmitting said command to the at least one household appliance associated with the new appliance, to a vehicle and or at least to one accessory associated with the new appliance; and

generating at the new appliance a voice response to said user.

34. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a voice recognition command from a registered mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance voice input from the user and processing said voice through its voice recognition layer;

associating at the new appliance said voice data from said mobile device with its owner;

receiving at the new appliance a voice command from said mobile device and transmitting said command to the at least one household appliance associated with the new appliance, to a vehicle and or at least to one accessory associated with the new appliance; and

generating at the new appliance a voice response to said mobile device.

35. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a voice command beginning with the default name associated with the new appliance from a user along with a signal from a registered mobile device and registering said voice command as the intended voice command;

receiving at the new appliance an List Appliances command in audio from a user; and

transmitting at the new appliance a list of household appliances associated with the new appliance in audio format.

36. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a voice command beginning with the default name associated with the new appliance from a user along with a signal from a registered mobile device and registering said voice command as the intended voice command;

receiving at the new appliance an intended voice key word change command from a user; and

changing and transmitting changed keyword associated with said command in audio format.

37. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving or being assigned at the new appliance via the Internet a unique security key (MSK) from at least one of a PC or database PC or desktop PC or computer system or database server or PC;

receiving at the mobile device a one-time and time-limited identifier (MSK) from at least one of a PC or database PC or desktop PC or computer system or database server or PC;

receiving at the new appliance via wired/wireless SRC or public WIFI network a communication identifier solicitor command from said mobile device and verifying a positive match of said identifier with its own;

allowing at the new appliance the use of its vehicle with a time-limited; and

transmitting at the new appliance via cellular or WIFI network that said vehicle is being used to the PC or database PC or desktop PC or computer system or database server or PC.

38. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a command via wired or wireless SRC or public WIFI network from a mobile device and generating the response and transmitting said response to the said mobile device, or receiving at the new appliance an item selection command via wired or wireless SRC or public WIFI network from a mobile device;

acquiring at the new appliance a mobile payment account associated with said mobile device of said selection from said mobile device and transmitting mobile payment transaction associated with the owner of said mobile device to the banking institution associated with the new appliance-owned business establishment via cellular network;

transmitting at the new appliance the payment transaction completion to said mobile device; and

generating at the new appliance the command to dislodge the item associated with said selection to the robotic or the automatic vending machine associated with the new appliance.

39. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance and a signal that it is empty or occupied via wired or wireless SRC or public WIFI network; and

updating at the new appliance its parking lot map.

40. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

detecting via public WIFI at the new appliance the presence from at least one mobile device; and

transmitting via public WIFI at the new appliance to said mobile device its parking map location with available parking spot.

41. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

detecting via its LAN network at the new appliance the presence from at least one registered mobile device;

logging at the new appliance of the employee information associated with said mobile device in its database;

logging at the new appliance of the employee position approximately every 5 to 10 minutes in its database;

detecting via its LAN at the new appliance the presence from at least one non-registered mobile device; and

logging at the new appliance of the employee position as a visitor approximately every minute in its database.

42. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance a VoIP command from a connecting mobile device;

transmitting at the new appliance a VoIP acknowledge response to the connecting mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance from the connecting mobile device VoIP information associated with said connecting mobile device; and

wherein the information comprising one of;

guest cabin room number;

guest name and roommate'"'"'s name;

assigning and transmitting at the new appliance VoIP parameters to the connecting mobile device;

and wherein the parameters comprising one of;

guest cabin room number;

guest name and roommate'"'"'s name;

activating VoIP functionality at the new appliance to the registered mobile device;

receiving at the new appliance a command from a registered mobile device requesting a voice connection to said registered mobile device by dialing its owner'"'"'s cabin room number;

connecting the call via VoIP by looking up the called party IP address versus his/her cabin room number.

43. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance the ride ID from a mobile device;

transmitting at the new appliance an positive acknowledgement to said mobile device;

transmitting at the new appliance the destination GPS map to said mobile device;

transmitting at the new appliance an alert to said mobile device when the trip is near its destination, or

receiving at the new appliance the ride ID from a mobile device;

transmitting at the new appliance an negative acknowledgement to said mobile device; and

transmitting at the new appliance the intended destination GPS map to said mobile device.

44. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

transmitting at the new appliance to paying mobile device(s) room key associated with the paying guest(s) via SRC or public WIFI network;

transmitting at the new appliance to said mobile device(s) map and services associated with the guest visit; and

performing at the new appliance for a paying mobile device tasks including at least one of;

locking or unlocking the room door;

displaying disturb or no-disturb sign; and

turning lights on or off.

45. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance from at least two sensors associated with said new appliance a nearby vehicle motion nearby by communicating the information to the vehicle GPS, or by displaying said information to the dashboard display associated with said new appliance;

communicating and alerting via audio attention to its vehicle driver;

receiving at the new appliance from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance a steering wheel direction toward said blind spot vehicle position by emitting an audio warning beep; and

communicating a steering wheel prevention command to the vehicle steering wheel controller.

46. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance from at least two sensors associated with said new appliance the presence of a vehicle ahead;

communicating the information to the vehicle GPS or displaying said information to the dashboard display associated with said new appliance;

communicating and alerting via audio attention to its vehicle driver;

receiving at the new appliance from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance a speed acceleration by emitting an audio warning beep; and

communicating a speed prevention command to the vehicle accelerator.

47. The method of claim 1 further comprising:

receiving at the new appliance from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance the unusual behavior of a driver such as;

increase/decrease in his/her heartbeat, excessive sweating, trembling, strange facial expression;

receiving at the new appliance from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance a sudden speed acceleration while detecting objects in front;

receiving at the new appliance from at least one sensor associated with said new appliance a sudden swerve; and

transmitting at the new appliance to at least one controller associated with said new appliance a vehicle stop or a slowdown command.

48. A wireless controller for a smart new appliance, useful for communicating wirelessly with a registered mobile device over a mobile and short range communication (SRC) network, the wireless controller comprising:

a transceiver configured to communicate with all its peripherals and associated third party devices, wherein the transceiver is further configured to receiving at a first new appliance a biometric command and its associated data from a registered mobile device; and

a processor configured to associating said biometrical parameters with a user.

49. In a wireless controller for a smart new appliance, useful for communicating wirelessly with a registered mobile device over a mobile network and short range communication (SRC) network and for communicating, controlling, monitoring wirelessly with at least one of its household device/auto accessory device over a short range communication (SRC) network, the method comprising:

receiving at a first new appliance a biometric command from said mobile device, biometric data from at least one of its household or auto accessory devices; and

associating said biometrical parameters with a user.

50. In a wireless controller for a smart new appliance, useful for communicating wirelessly with a registered mobile device over a mobile network and short range communication (SRC) network and for communicating, controlling, monitoring wirelessly with at least one of its household device/auto accessory device over a short range communication (SRC) network, the method comprising:

receiving at a first new appliance a biometric command and its associated data from at least one of its household or auto accessory devices while detecting the presence of a registered mobile device within its vicinity; and

associating said biometrical parameters with a user.
