a tubular body being receivable over the burner tube;
a lip extending from the tubular body and having a slot for receiving the projection to connect the lip to the first case portion; and
means for connecting the first case portion to the second case portion.

Abstract
A valve is disclosed for regulating the flow of fuel from a fuel source containing fuel under pressure to a fuel consuming apparatus. The valve includes a valve body having a passage therethrough, a resilient element for regulating the flow of the fuel through the passage, and spring means for adjusting the compresion on the gasket. A torch is also disclosed. The torch includes a burner tube, an igniter mounted on the exterior of the tube and a housing for housing the igniter.

2. A torch, comprising:

a burner tube having a chamber and an aperture; an igniter mounted on the burner tube, the igniter having a switch, an igniter body, an igniter boot and an igniter wire, the igniter boot and the igniter wire extending into the chamber through the aperture; an igniter spacer positioned between the igniter body and the burner tube; and a case enclosing the igniter body, the igniter spacer and a portion of the turner tube, the case including; a first case portion; a second case portion; and means for connecting the first case portion to the second case portion wherein the connecting means includes a tubular body being received over the burner tube and a lip extending from the tubular body and having a groove which is engageable by projections extending from the first case portion and the second case portion.
