    F. for from about 2-30 minutes without significant degradation of color, durability, chemical resistance, emissivity, reflectance and transmittance as these characteristics are defined in terms of an automotive or architectural window, said coating system consisting of a metallic oxide overcoat layer consisting essentially of stoichiometric tin oxide, and an intermediate metallic layer consisting essentially of nickel or a Ni--Cr--Fe alloy having bout 70-90% by weight nickel.
