1. A process for linking existing jobs in existing job files together for printing, where said existing jobs are comprised of a plurality of electronic image pages and are being processed by an electronic reprographic system, said electronic reprographic system including a printer for producing prints from said electronic image pages in response to job program instructions, and a user interface with display screen for inputting said job program instructions for each print job, comprising the steps of:

  • creating a print folder as a new job file using the display screen;

    assigning existing job files to the print folder;

    selecting print folder properties to include reprographic functions using the display screen; and

    printing the print folder by selecting the print folder using the display screen and assigning the print folder to a print queue by designating the print folder for printing with the selected reprographic functions, with the printing of the print folder containing contents of the assigned existing job files not affecting separate printing of the assigned existing job files.
