1. A mechanism for releasably fixing a bicycle'"'"'s fork upon a support, comprising:

  • a pair of skewers at least partially received within a bicycle fork anchor and said skewers being movable one skewer relative to the other, said pair of skewers configured for fixing a bicycle'"'"'s fork to said anchor;

    each skewer of said pair being operable between a bicycle fork pre-pinched position and a bicycle fork pinch-secured position; and

    at least one handle coupled to said bicycle fork anchor for operating at least one skewer of said skewer pair between said bicycle fork pre-pinched position and said bicycle fork pinch-secured position.
