  • 1, in a microstrip line form comprising a shaped high temperature superconductor film and at least one high temperature superconductor ground plate deposited on opposite sides of a dielectric substrate, said shaped high temperature superconductor film has an aperture in a center thereof and said shaped high temperature superconductor film has a shape of a polygon and said aperture comprises means for frequency tuning the resonator, wherein the polygon shaped high temperature superconductor film has an octagon shape.
