1. A device for application and manipulation of a material on a working surface, the device comprising:

  • a handle having a distal end, a proximal end and a longitudinal axis defined therebetween, the distal end having an opening anda nonporous tip inserted into the opening and attached to the distal end of the handle, the nonporous tip being formed of a solid piece of resilient silicone material, the tip having a distal end, a proximal end, a longitudinal axis defined therebetween and a generally three-dimensional paint contacting working surface having at least a portion of which forms a concave surface relative to the working surface.
