1. A method of adjusting the rotary position of a boot relative to a board, comprising the steps of:

  • mounting the boot to the board such that the boot is locked to the board and latched to the board in a first rotary position, unlatching a lock to permit the boot to rotate relative to the board while the boot remains locked to the board, rotating the boot, and latching the lock such that the boot is latched to the board in a second rotary position.
