1. An integrated system for electronically monitoring remote objects comprising:

  • a controller for monitoring one or more moveable objects;

    a plurality of detectors for detecting one or more objects monitorable by the controller; and

    a digital network for selectively interconnecting the controller to one or more detectors;

    wherein a corroborative surveillance of a given object is enabled effectively by the controller monitoring a positional data associated with a mobile position of such given object, the positional data being generated by a mobile detector comprising a cellular telephone comprising a global positioning system (GPS) receiver coupled to such given object when such object is moveable within an observable range, and the controller further monitoring a visual data associated with a visible observation of such given object, the visual data being generated by a fixed detector uncoupled to such given object in the observable range, whereby a user monitoring the controller may communicate with the cellular telephone during the corroborative surveillance, the controller further monitoring a medical data associated with physical sensing of the object, thereby enabling remote diagnosis of the medical data corroboratively with the visual and positional data.
