  • providing a universal password generator (UPG) for creating the password from a universal password, and the UPG communicating with the computer system;

    providing a software application being accessible to the UPG and the computer system, the application requiring a first password including a first specified parameter;

    initiating the universal password generator including combining autonomous Linear Feedback Shift Register (LFSR) machines in conjunction with signature analysis comprising;

    selecting between a Single Input Signature Register (SISR) or a Multiple Input Signature Register (MISR);

    specifying a length of said LFSR;

    selecting feedback locations;

    selecting between a standard or modular LFSR structure;

    selecting a number and location of input bits;

    setting initial conditions;

    specifying a number of shift cycles per data input;

    specifying a number of idle or dummy shift cycles;

    selecting an output encoded password length; and

    selecting output latch locations;

    inputting the universal password into the universal password generator;

    inputting the first specified parameter of the application into the universal password generator;

    processing the universal password and the first specified parameter using the computer system and the UPG to generate the first password; and
