- at least one sensor providing sensor data for at least one of a vehicle condition or a driver condition;
a database including potentially debilitating condition data and symptoms data corresponding thereto; and
a central processing unit in data communication with the database and the at least one sensor, the central processing unit monitoring the operation of the vehicle by the driver based on the sensor data and the database,wherein the central processing unit includes a conversation planner, the conversation planner engaging in conversation with the driver and evaluate the condition of the driver,wherein the conversation planner includes;
a grammar module formatting the driver'"'"'s verbal input into an understandable grammar format for further interpretation;
an understanding module, the understanding module;
determining the context of speech input by the driver based on input from the grammar module;
determine a condition of the driver based on the driver'"'"'s verbal input and responses to verbal inquiries and commands; and
a sentence generator, the sentence generator preparing text for the driver based on at instruction from at least one of the grammar module and the understanding module.
