1. A method, comprising:

  • receiving, by an electronic bill presentment and payment service provider processor, from an entity, enrollment information associated with a consumer, wherein the enrollment information does not identify any biller of the consumer;

    accessing at least one database containing biller customer identifying information associated with one or more electronic billers;

    comparing, by the electronic bill presentment and payment service provider processor, at least a portion of the enrollment information with the biller customer identifying information;

    identifying, by the electronic bill presentment and payment service provider processor, one of the one or more electronic billers as a candidate electronic biller of the consumer based on determining a probability of a correspondence between the at least a portion of the enrollment information and at least a portion of the biller customer identifying information; and

    transmitting, to the entity, an identification of the one electronic biller.
