  • said IP transfer network includes a plurality of network node apparatus, a plurality of connection servers and a domain name server;

    a first terminal T1 outside of said IP transfer network is connected to a first network node apparatus N1 by a first logical terminal LP1 via a first communications line L1, and a second terminal T2 outside of said IP transfer network is connected to a second network node apparatus N2 by a second logical terminal LP2 via a second communications line L2;

    said first network node apparatus N1 sets, in its first apparatus control table H1, a first communication record RS1 including a discrimination information to discriminate said first logical terminal LP1, and said second network node apparatus N2 sets, in its second apparatus control table H2, a second communication record RS2 including a discrimination information to discriminate said second logical terminal LP2;

    the communication system is adapted such that, for a request to connect to said second terminal T2, said first terminal T1 sends a first external IP packet X1 including a connection request, a telephone number TN1 of said first terminal T1 and a telephone number TN2 of said second terminal T2;

    said first external IP packet X1 inputs to said first network node apparatus N1 from said first logical terminal LP1, and said first network node apparatus N1 inspects whether said first communication record RS1 including a logical terminal discrimination information LX to discriminate said first logical terminal LP1 and a destination IP address EAS1 contained in said first external IP packet X1 exists in said first network node apparatus N1 or not;

    in a case where said first communication record RS1 is found out by said inspection, said first network node apparatus N1 encapsulates said first external IP packet X1 with reference to said first communication record RS1 and forms a first internal packet P1, and said first network node apparatus N1 sends said first internal packet P1 to said first connection server S1;

    said first connection server S1 obtains said telephone number TN1 and said telephone number TN2 from said first internal packet P1, and presents said telephone number TN2 to a domain name server DS and obtains a address information which controls a connection of said second terminal T2, said address information includes a second internal address IAB2 given for discriminating said second logical terminal LP2 and an internal address of a second connection server S2;

    said first connection server S1 sets a circuit identification code (CIC) CNT1T2 by said telephone numbers TN1 and TN2, and records said telephone number TN1, said telephone number TN2 and said circuit identification code CNT1 T2 as a group in a first CIC administration table CM1;

    said first connection server S1 sends an initial address message (IAM) including said connection request to said second connection server S2, said second connection server S2 obtains said telephone number TN1, said telephone number TN2 and said circuit identification code CNT1T2, and records said three values in a second CIC administration table CM2;

    in response to said second connection server S2 sending out a second internal packet P2 including a receipt notification formed according to said connection request, said second internal packet P2 is converted into a second external IP packet X2 according to a rule of said second communication record R82 at said second network node apparatus N2, and said second external IP packet X2 is sent to said second terminal T2;

    said second connection server S2 sends a address completion message(ACM) including a receiver propriety notification, to said first server S1;

    said second terminal T2 sends out a third external IP packet X3 including a call-on notification, said third external IP packet X3 is converted into a third internal packet P3 at said second network node apparatus N2 and then said third internal packet P3 is sent to said second connection server S2, and said second connection server S2 forms a call progress message (CPG) including said call-on notification and sends it to said first connection server S1;

    in response to said first connection server S1 sending out a fourth internal packet P4 including said call-on notification, said fourth internal packet P4 is converted into a fourth external IP packet X4 at said first network node apparatus N1 and then it is received at said first terminal T1;

    in response to a fifth external IP packet X5 including a response notification is sent out from said second terminal T2, said fifth external IP packet X5 is converted into a fifth internal packet P5 at said second network node apparatus N2 and then said fifth internal packet P5 is received at said second connection server S2;

    said second connection server S2 forms a response message (ANM) including said response notification and sends it to said first connection server S1;

    in response to said first connection server S1 sending out a sixth internal packet P6 including said response notification, said sixth internal packet P6 is converted into an external IP packet X6 including said response notification at said first network node apparatus N1, and then it is received at said first terminal T1;

    the communication system is adapted to permit setting communication records for terminal-to-terminal communication by sending said response notification to said first terminal T1;

    said first connection server S1 instructs to set a first communication record R1 to said first network node apparatus N1, said second connection server S2 instructs to set a second communication record R2 to said second network node apparatus N2, and said communication records R1 and R2 define a communication path P12 where an internal packet can be transferred between said network node apparatuses N1 and N2;

    in response to said first terminal T1 sending out a seventh external IP packet X7 containing voice or data, said seventh external IP packet X7 inputs to said first network node apparatus N1, said first network node apparatus N1 inspects whether said first communication record R1 including a logical terminal discrimination information LX to discriminate said first logical terminal LP1 and a destination IP address EAB2 contained in said seventh external IP packet X7 exists in said first network node apparatus N1 or not;

    in a case where said first communication record R1 is found out by said inspection, said first network node apparatus N1 converts said seventh external IP packet X7 into a seventh internal packet P7 that a destination address is a second internal address IA2 with reference to said first communication record R1, said seventh internal packet P7 is transferred in said communication path P12, and said seventh external IP packet X7 is reverse-capsulated and restored at said second network node apparatus N2 with reference to said first communication record R2, and said seventh external IP packet X7 is sent to said second terminal T2;

    in response to said first terminal T1 sending out an eighth external IP packet X8 including a call release notification, said eighth external IP packet X8 is converted to an eighth internal packet P8 including said call release notification at said first network node apparatus N1, and then said eighth internal packet P8 is sent to said first connection server S1, said first connection server S1 sends a release message (REL) including said call release notification to said second connection server S2, said second connection server S2 sends a release completion message (RLC) to said first connection servers S1, and said first and second connection servers S1 and S2 instruct said network nodes N1 and N2 to erase said first and second communication records R1 and R2, respectively; and

    a communication between said first terminal T1 and said second terminal T2 is recorded on said CIC administration tables CM1 and CM2 as a data group comprised of said telephone number TN1, said telephone number TN2 and said circuit identification code CNT1T2.
