1. A tunable embedded inductor device, comprising:

  • a primary coil comprising;

    a dielectric substrate;

    a first conductive line disposed on a first surface of the dielectric substrate;

    a second conductive line disposed on a second surface of the dielectric substrate, wherein the first and second conductive lines are overlapped in a coupling region; and

    an interconnection perforating the dielectric substrate and connecting end sites of both the first conductive line and the second conductive line; and

    at least one conductive plug for tuning inductance independent from the primary coil and interpolated at a non-end site of the first and second conductive lines of the primary coil,wherein the least one conductive plug is within the coupling region and arranged to decrease inductance of the embedded inductor device.
