1. A method comprising:

  • receiving, at a service of a plurality of services, a request to initiate a push to talk over cellular (PoC) session via a network, wherein the request is based at least in part on a user selection of the service;

    receiving a voice command including voice data at the service via the PoC session, wherein each service of the plurality of services is implemented on a respective server that includes a respective translation module;

    translating the voice data to instructions understandable to an operations module of the service;

    performing, by the operations module, the translated instructions to form a graphical response; and

    forming a communication that includes the graphical response to be communicated to a client device of the user over the network.
