1. A liquid crystal display device comprising:

  • a substrate;

    a thin film transistor formed over the substrate, the thin film transistor including a gate electrode and a drain electrode;

    a pixel electrode electrically connected to the thin film transistor;

    two first conductive layers formed over the substrate;

    a third conductive layer formed over the substrate in a same film as the two first conductive layers and interposed therebetween, when seen from above;

    a first insulating film over the two first conductive layers and the third conductive layer;

    two second conductive layers formed on and in direct contact with the first insulating film and each at least partly overlapping a corresponding one of the two first conductive layers;

    a second insulating film formed over the two second conductive layers;

    two transparent conductive layers formed on and in direct contact with the two second conductive layers, each overlapping the two first conductive layers;

    a flexible printed circuit positioned on and in direct contact with the two transparent conductive layers; and

    a sealant formed on and in direct contact with the second insulating film, over the two first conductive layers and the two second conductive layers,wherein each of the two second conductive layers is electrically connected to a corresponding one of the two first conductive layers.
