1. A method comprising:
- receiving data identifying one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual through use of one or more microfluidic chips;
receiving input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained, the input including at least one of;
one or more physical characteristics, medical history information, one or more activities, and/or substance usage information associated with the individual; and
processing, using one or more processing devices, the input associated with the individual and the data identifying the one or more pathogens by at least determining versus time one or more values associated with the one or more pathogens and one or more values associated with agent usage by the one or more individuals;
determining whether at least one relationship exists between the agent usage and the one or more pathogens; and
determining based at least in part upon at least one determined relationship one or more agents or agent dosages.
